Little gem hidden in the parking lot of Napa Valley Casino. This food truck has Excellent friendly service and amazingly good Thai food. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Thai food. This place is busy with many regulars coming and going. A local favorite of many, and I can see why.

I just recently heard about this place and came highly recommended. I tried there fried pork with jasmine rice and it was delicious! The pork was well seasoned and marinated and the green hot sauce that they put on a side was very spicy and flavorful. The portion size was on point. I’m definitely going to recommend this place to friends and coworkers!

I love ordering a lot of dishes to try everything. Potstickers and veggie egg rolls were similar to what I can get at Panda Express or any other Asian take out. Spring Rolls were good with fresh ingredients.
What stood out and I will MOST DEFINITELY order again: Pad Thai; Fried Chicken; and my favorite so far, the Khao Mun Gai Tod.
I haven’t tried the Papaya Salad or Fried Rice yet.

It is so so hard to find GOOD Lao food anywhere and my family and I loved this food truck! They have two large tables under a netted tent for seating. Must try the Nam Khao, it was so fresh and crispy and delicious. The matcha green iced tea was super refreshing. My family devoured the food before I could whip my camera out. We make our own spring rolls at home and like to try others but nothing beats home made. Also have to try the khao piak! Definitely would come back and the people that run the food truck are so friendly. I love my Lao people!

One of the best Lao cuisine I’ve ever had! It’s not easy to find Lao cuisine let alone authentic ones! We ordered noodle soup of the day, Nam Khao and fried pork. We were very impressed with the quality of the food, and the price was very reasonable, too. Will definitely go back if I ever find myself in that area, super good!!!!!

It’s a small Thai Lao food truck on the side of the road. A lot of people recommended this place and I had a chance to try today. Overall the food is pretty good. They have their special sauce for the pork and that was delicious. The pork is well marinated. The pad Thai is a bit too salty and sweet. The beef fried rice is delicious with good beef. The portion is huge. I can save mine for 2 meals.

There are a few Lao places in the bay area, but this is the one that tastes most like my mom’s cooking. I always love eating my mom’s khaub piaj (khao piak) and thankfully this food truck’s khao piak tastes amazing! the portion size is great as well! makes it worth the price. there was also a lot of meat with the beef Laab even underneath the lettuce. When i asked for extra spicy, they delivered! it’s not good if it’s not spicy. love dipping my sticky rice in the laab and the pepper sauce. 10/10 would recommend

We’ve discovered this food truck tucked inside the parking lot of a local casino. We’ve heard about their great banh mi’s, so we opted to give them a try. We’re pleasantly surprised with how quick and attentive their service was even though they’re pretty busy with a line forming up for early dinner. Of course, we went for their banh mi and fried chicken wings, and my wife tried their thai matcha green tea and had it customized with less sugar, which they were more than happy to do. Their banh mi was fire and the chicken wings is good too. We’re planning to come back next time and try the rest of their menu.

As I said, everything solid. Will need to go back and try more dishes.

During my recent stay at the Hilton DoubleTree, I found myself right next door at Kob’s Kitchen. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and a side of pot stickers two staples that I think say a lot about a kitchen’s consistency and overall quality. Neither dish was flashy or overly complex, but both were executed well enough that I left satisfied and glad I stopped in.
The pad Thai was served hot and steaming, with tender strips of chicken, stir-fried noodles, and a good mix of vegetables. The sauce leaned on the sweeter side, with a subtle tang that gave it balance. I personally would have liked a little more spice, but I know the dish is often tailored to appeal to a wide range of diners. The noodles had a pleasant chew, and the chicken wasn’t overcooked, which can sometimes happen in casual spots. Overall, it was flavorful and filling comfort food with just enough character to make it memorable for the evening.
