My wife and I recently passed through Franklin on 6-2-24 at 11:55 am. and decided to stop at Burger King for lunch. Not only was the food fantastic, but we were especially impressed by the drive-thru attendant. She was, without a doubt, the friendliest person we’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Her warmth and kindness truly reflect well on both Burger King and the town of Franklin. It was a refreshing and delightful experience, far exceeding the typical service we’ve come to expect elsewhere.

Used drive thru and ordered for three. Very minimal wait. Pleasant person at the drive thru and the food was good. Got the 3 Jr whoppers for 700 and several other side items, and small but very good.

Got a sausage , egg biscuit this morning and it had a long hair in it the minute I took my first bite . Very gross! Will be there this afternoon to get my money back. And I won’t ever be back!!

Possibly the worst Burger King I have ever been too. The owner is clearly doesn’t have what it takes to keep up LTOs etc. Took limited time meals and tje ability to buy sauces off Door Dash now too. This place needs a reset they just keep getting worse and worse every year. Will not be returning until I hear they have cleaned house.(fire the lazy manager)

So I’m a fast food junky at times…been going to burger kings in a pinch for years. This one is consistently the best Burger King I’ve been to. Not sure how it happened here in Franklin but I’m impressed. I had the Bacon King minus ketchup and the lady had the Fiery chicken sandwich.
