This is just ridiculous, seems like every other time I actually get a decent amount of sauce on my wings, I don’t know who’s working but they need to learn how to properly sauce the wings because there is almost no sauce on them. Yet they can douse my fries with a whole crap ton of seasoning. Just robbing me of a halfway decent meal because there too lazy to put any effort into there job.

Hate to have to resort to a public review but ordered food here recently and inquired through their feedback system with absolutely no response from the restaurant. My wife loves BDubs burgers from the dine in restaurants but the burger we were served from this location tasted and smelt like it had been sitting un-refrigerated for days. I thought I could eat it for her and almost threw up after smelling it. Then I ordered boneless wings with Jammin’ Jalapeño, which is a new sauce for me and the wings had almost nothing on them. I wasn’t even able to see if i liked them and I know the didn’t forget as there was a small amount of sauce on them, but not enough to taste anything. The only good item was the deep fried pickles. Wasted an entire meal on our trip. Stay away and go to the actual restaurant in Oakdale.

Great food. I ordered inside and the young gentleman running the counter was very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what i was looking for. There were only two employees working and they both did a great job. I sat inside and waited for my food, which only took 10-15 min. The interaction between the employee and and the customers was great. Before I came here, I read the reviews before coming here and it was a mixed bag but I’ll tell you from my experience there today, I will be coming back soon. Great food, experience, Customer Service, and speed all 100%!! Great job!!

Tried the new Buffalo Wild Wings GO and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone working there was really nice and the wings were on point. You can tell they make them fresh because they come out hot and crispy!

When it showed up cold an item was missing. It was never made or added to the bag. After three calls to this store, and two calls to DoorDash, each side said there was nothing they could do.
Robbed.
No help. No service.

Food was good. When I was picking it up some woman was inside yelling at the employees and other customers. The employee still handed me my food while ignoring the woman who was trying to yell at them and me at that point saying the food was cold. Happy to say mine was not 🙂 Saw her yelling to the police about it as I was leaving the parking lot. Just hope customers aren’t always like this so I can return.

Food is OK for wings. However, the service is horrendous. Ordered off of the app on three separate occasions because it’s such a great deal. Every single time I’ve gone, the order has been messed up.. The bag will have my name on it however, the contents will be incorrect and have someone else’s name and order inside the bag. Went up tonight (11-7-25)and saw a kid at the counter pull something out of a bag and hand it to a customer. The customer left, I told the kid at the counter my name and he handed me the bag that he just pulled something out of.
Make sure you look in your bag before you leave. Please hire people who can read. I only continue to go here because the deals on the app are good.

This is the first review/complaint I have ever done. I purchased food online (to go app), at Stillwater. It is “pick up only”. I picked up my food, tipped, and drove home and noticed 25% of my order was missing. I called and spoke to a female at the Stillwater store and explained my situation. She told me to come back with my full order and will correct it. I drove back, and showed the employee what I have received. I said I am missing a quarter of my order (wings). She acknowledged it but had to call another employee to figure out if it was mild or medium sauce wings that was missing from the order. The employee was not sure and I asked the female employee if she could remake my order. Due to it being wrong, driving back, and now %75 of the food being cold. I will be honest I was a little bit uppity at this point and she can not do this again for me due to store policy. I’m not a pos and have integrity. I did nothing wrong, if I ordered a pepperoni pizza from a pizza joint and they only gave me cheese pizza. Would they just give me a cup of pepperoni if I came back? Do better
