A beautiful step back in time. This rustic, family-run cafe feels like it hasn’t changed since the 1960s, and that’s exactly why it’s so special. The food is simple, honest, and truly authentic. I had the soup of the day and a traditional sandwich, and both were delicious. The staff is genuine and welcoming—you can really feel the family atmosphere here. A rare find

Must try this cosy nice local coffee and pastry shop! The cream flan is nice, get a coffee to complete it! They served nice coffee here. Returned the second day and tried other pastry. The triangular-shaped cake reminded me of granny’s homemade cake. Very friendly staff here. Ask for English menu if you are looking for sandwiches.

This small shop sits between fancy restaurants and had no other customers, but the display of fresh-looking rye bread caught my attention.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere felt off—an old and tired corner shop. The man serving, who I believe is the owner, seemed very anxious and spoke in an unfriendly, almost angry tone. The food was not impressive, and the coffee was quite poor.

I had hoped for a hidden gem—maybe a simple place with lower prices but high quality, run by a skilled chef. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. The focus seemed to be only on taking cash, not on food quality.

There are plenty of great cafés in the area—choose a better one.

This restaurant was exactly what we needed. Fresh, delicious and fast service. So clean and friendly as well. We ordered a recommended juice, two cappuccinos, a ham and cheese croissant sandwich, apple cake and egg and ham sandwich. Everything was so good. No lines and excellent experience.

We had a snack here before having lunch at uma marquise next room . Staff was rlly nice and friendly service was very quick. Loved the jamon cheese sandwich and the pure orange juice (not the tropical one) a perfect combo of sweet citrusy orange juice with salty jamon cheese sandwich

Thought this was a bifana spot… told no, 3 guys rushing takeout service. No direction whether to order at table or counter. Then said to sit. Handed a very basic menu in 4 languages but no prices. Had a pork/ cheese bun ( just enough meat) and a sm draft. And a lovely rice pudding with hint of orange. $9.70. Even though the service was rushed ant curt. I left a $2 tip. Maybe they will treat tourists better…

A surprise gem in the midst of tourist traps and barkers. The piglet (cochinillo) sandwich was so tasty and tender, and the bread just crunch perfect. The orange juices were as fresh as one can get. Service was so rapid that we barely finished ordering and our food was ready in a couple of minutes. The price was surprisingly cheap too!
