First time at Noodles and Company. We came for a quick lunch. We had the spaghetti and meatballs, Caesar salad, Korean bbq meatballs and the Mac and cheese. The food was great, the staff super friendly and very fast.

Food was terrible, noodles were drenched in a soupy sauce, no meat whatsoever, my wife got the pesto pasta and it was drenched in salt. And for two bowls and two drinks, the cost was 36 bucks with a 3 dollar tip for the young gentlemen at the counter who was very nice and respectable. The food however was the most disrespectful meal for 36 bucks. Crossing this off the list because obviously something has changed. And by the way, the little scraps of beef that were in my noodles was extremely chewy. Gross…never going back especially for the price. Do better noodles and company or go into another business. This is not the solution.

Just threw out a $22 bowl of garbage. One bite-it tasted rancid. Noodles and co is late to the ramen train, but they attempted a ramen dish. I had to substitute rice noodles, there was also NO option for gluten-free soy sauce although 2 types of gluten-free noodles are offered suggesting they’re accommodating a gluten-free diet/need but the sauce, sadly, cannot be modified with tamari. Not thought through.
Maybe it was the chicken that was rotten, or the fish sauce….which doesn’t belong on ramen, even. One hundred percent was disgusting and inedible.
When I asked how the gluten-free request in the comment for sauce would be accommodated, was told, “if it’s an Asian dish it likely has soy sauce,” but was not offered an alternative or solution. Not his fault, this is a corporate issue or negligence. I hate that now my garbage can will even reek from this poorly put together dish. Also, I know there are options to modify, but just saying, this dish has PARM added on. Very very weird.

Every time I order from this Noddles and Company, something is wrong with my order. The protein I paid extra for is missing, the noddles I requested were not substituted, my chicken is burnt, etc. I think it’s time I stop giving them the “it’ll be better next time” mentality.

I can’t believe I never reviewed Noodles and Co???
I have been coming here for years.
Anyways my go to is always the Japanese Pan Noodles.
But I decided to try the new spicy beef noodles. They are not spicy FYI, it is more sweet honestly. But not bad.
The pot stickers are always good.
Also tried a few other dishes but I will most likely keep getting the japanese pan noodles.
Service is always friendly, but the soda machine hates me! It wouldn’t recognize my touch or I’m probably a ghost LOL

Ordered the pulled pork via Uber Eats for lunch and the pork was burnt. It was right on top too, charcoal black, which leads me to believe someone packaged it like that and just did not care. Will not be eating from this location ever again.
