I stopped by Chick-fil-A on Mt. Zion Road in Morrow this morning and had such a pleasant experience. For the first time ever, I noticed they were serving heart-shaped chicken biscuits for Valentine’s Day — such a cute and thoughtful touch!
What stood out even more was the customer service. This location has improved tremendously over the past few years. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Most importantly, they’ve been getting my order right every single time lately, which I truly appreciate.
It’s always great to see a business grow and improve. Because of the consistent service and accuracy, I will definitely continue frequenting Truett’s Grill on Mt. Zion Blvd as well. Keep up the great work!

Arrived to have the full-service dining experience from Truitt’s Chick-fil-A. Very nice building with a normal “self-service” side and a full service side. It was decorated with a classic diner vibe. Menu was definitely unique and our food was very good. If you are in the area you should stop in for a one-of-kind Chick-fil-A experience.

i don’t really understand what happened on this day but service was really bad and waited a whole hour before someone came and took our order. watched everyone else eat and left as waiters walked past me multiple times and never bother to check to see if we ordered or need anything. good restaurant but terrible employees if you’re dinning in. by the time the food came out which was long enough for me to lose my appetite, they forgot my utensil and took another 30 minutes. by that time , my food was cold and i no longer wanted to eat here. the manager pretty much don’t care. welcome to clayco I guess.

The way quality of the food is deteriorating at this location is alarming. I have been ordering Cobb salad for God knows how long. They started giving me warm stale salad. I decided to reach out to Corporate with my concern, and they offered me free salad.

Gave it another chance and nothing has changed. It still remains one of the slowest location. They forgot to give me my condiments for my drive-thru order.

I got a salad from here tonight. It didn’t come with any toppings or any utensils. Luckily, I found some old utensils in my book bag. Not a good experience being on a work trip and stuck in a hotel.

I come here almost every day. Today I ordered a cobb salad.
As soon as I opened the plastic container, I saw a nasty knat on a piece of chicken.
Disgusting!!!!!!!
I called and never was able to reach anyone.
This will definitely make me drive the distance to another chikfila although this one is closer. Never will I ordered a salad from here again, never!!!

We were excited about visiting the Truett’s Chick-fil-A Diner as we were on a long road trip. Didn’t even meet basic Chick-fil-A standard in cleanliness, atmosphere, and the service was the worst. Anaya was asked by another employee to come to our table 3 times. She ignored us. Tables that arrived after us got service first. We heard her tell her co-worker: “I dont care (because we got up and left after 15 mins), if they are in a hurry the can get in the line.” The staff as whole in general needs training in professionalism at minimum.

I recently went to this location to dine in , I had stuff to do so I requested to go boxes. My waffle was cold which I didn’t mind going to warm it up. I get home and open my chicken and it’s still pink through out certain parts of my chicken. I’m actually very angry. And disappointed and don’t know who to contact.
