Larry the Legend has restored my faith in KFC. He was friendly, helpful, and ensured that we got fresh food even when stopping in the middle of the afternoon. He was always around checking on everyone in the restaurant and had the world’s best smile. When we told him we appreciated his work, he imparted his wisdom unto us and said that he treats everyone as if they were his mother. He made my entire day. KFC, Give this man a raise! Also, their biscuits are the best ever. They double butter them!

This was our first time at this location and the food was good, but the reason I’m making this review is because I have to say how kind and sweet the cashier at the drive through was. I believe his name was Josh. I cannot say enough good things about him. We had a pretty big order and he was so nice and patient with us and just made the experience great! It’s not often you find people as kind as him. I just wanted him to know how much we appreciated him 🙂

Sadly, this is KFC is not up to par with the surrounding locations. The overall food quality is rather low and they abuse the heat lamps that keep the chicken warm. I honestly gave up eating here because the chicken is always severely dried out because it’s been sitting in the heat for possibly an hour or two. I’ve ordered my share of sandwiches, tenders, and other items on the menu that are never up to standards. It’s honestly been this way for an extended period of time and it’s a crying shame that it doesn’t seem to be improving. The turnaround there must be crazy because it seems like it’s a revolving door of new faces with bad attitudes. I hate to be harsh, but the restaurant itself is usually in pretty poor shape every time I visit. I’m not sure what the issue is with this specific location, but I hope it improves.

WCH KFC, will not return. They sent my food out with another family then when returned put it on another tray to send back out to me. Took a while for them to correct it. They claimed it was different but I don’t believe that. One biscuit was bit off the other was smashed. They said it’s a new pull apart recipe and that’s what they do??? Other family was friendly!

This has to be the worst KFC in the country, horrible staff and management, extremely rude. Chicked looked picked through and was over cooked and dry, missing items from our order. Called the store management was completely unprofessional and rude. Will never eat at this location again.

Very strange place. After we ordered, various employees kept asking us to repeat it. They still somehow only gave us half. We had to tell them it again, and instead of bringing us 2 famous bowls they brought out two small things of just potatoes. We told them again what we wanted and repeated no gravy, they still put in gravy. My bowl somehow ended up having what smelled like diced onions and carrots in it. The bowl doesn’t even originally come with that.
A previous bowl I ordered had old, gray looking chicken and straw paper inside. Pictures are of the onions and carrots.

The place needs a lot of work and the employees need to take more pride in their job! You have to work as a team not put all the work on one person! They can’t do it all alone! The place smells bad like a cockroach infestation! I’m super disappointed bc who doesn’t love KFC? And they are ruining it for our entire community! The employees act as if they don’t even want to b there and are alot of the time rude! Do better bc KFC is loved around the world! Take pride in what you do! Please! The food is good most of the time! Don’t order fries tho! Get ya a bowl they are the best !

Stopped in here with my family an the young kid behind the counter was high as can be an told us to get our food to go instead of dining in cause he was about to vomit and the lady who was running the place was much older calling him baby after Turing away other customers who went in before us. This is everytime we go to this location would not recommend at all very rude hateful service
