I ordered ENTRECÔTE DE BŒUF & ses frites maison, expecting a proper French steak experience, but what I got was a disappointment.
The entrecôte was tough and almost flavorless. I asked for medium-rare, but it arrived medium, which made the meat firmer and less juicy than it should have been. It also lacked a proper crust and real steak aroma, so the overall taste felt flat and dull.
The sauce tasted like a Central European “UHO” sauce — a generic brown gravy made from a powder base, with only a light pepper note. Instead of enhancing the beef, it covered it up, which is not what you expect from French cuisine.
The fries looked homemade, but they were soft, slightly limp, and bland, without crispiness or seasoning.
For a dish at this price level, especially at a major international airport where food should represent French culinary quality, this felt more like cheap cafeteria food sold as something premium. The service was professional and attentive, and everything looked great when it was served. The presentation and the overall atmosphere created the impression of a high-quality restaurant.

The place was very busy when I visited. The food was generally ok — the burger was fine, but the soup portion was disappointingly small. Prices are on the high side, which makes the overall experience feel less balanced.

Enjoyed lunch here with my wife waiting on a connecting flight. It was nice to have good food, instead of typical fast food mid trip, and not need to dress up. We were seated right away and while the service started strong it became inattentive and slow as the restaurant filled. We had the Salmon and the Beef Suprise (Americans: it’s steak frite (steak and fries)you just don’t know the cut of beef that will come out) and creme brulee. The meal was excellent, though it needed a little extra salt for our American palettes. Overall, despite the high price (nothing new for an airport) it was worth going again.

I had a lunch at The French Taste by Guy Martin waiting my connection at Charles de Gaulle Airport. The restaurant looks elegant and has a wide choice of dishes, from light salads and cheese boards to more refined French cuisine.
I ordered foie gras and a glass of wine, and both were very tasty. The quality was high and the presentation was nice.
However, the prices are quite high, and the staff wasn’t very attentive, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, it’s a good option if you want a quality meal before your flight and don’t mind spending a bit more.

Horrible experience. The restaurant smells like frying oil. Waiters take forever to come, always with a semblance of “why the hell are you here?” Food is passable. Don’t come if you can.

Absolutely abhorrent service . Waiters looked like zombie barely acknowledges your simple
Presence . If this is a French taste then they are extremely poor at execution. Oh and did I mention they charge a glass of minuty rose ( wrong spelling btw on the list ) at 17 EUROS ??!!!

5 euros for a coffee

Never ever again !

Not a good place for veg guys .
I came to try FRENCH food and ended up eating veg burger as this is the only 1 item in veg in the main course .

Veg Burger was actually good.
The tomato ketchup had a unique flavour .
The desser Paris breast is totally letdown. It is just a scoop of vanilla ice cream kept between 2 non crispy sweet less cookies

Food was quite good. Had a burger with some home made fries. Fries were not cooked thoroughly, so they were very soft. And in all honestly didn’t look too home-made-y. Staff was allright, took a while to get their attention for service.
