The entrecôte was tough and almost flavorless. I asked for medium-rare, but it arrived medium, which made the meat firmer and less juicy than it should have been. It also lacked a proper crust and real steak aroma, so the overall taste felt flat and dull.
The sauce tasted like a Central European “UHO” sauce — a generic brown gravy made from a powder base, with only a light pepper note. Instead of enhancing the beef, it covered it up, which is not what you expect from French cuisine.
The fries looked homemade, but they were soft, slightly limp, and bland, without crispiness or seasoning.
For a dish at this price level, especially at a major international airport where food should represent French culinary quality, this felt more like cheap cafeteria food sold as something premium. The service was professional and attentive, and everything looked great when it was served. The presentation and the overall atmosphere created the impression of a high-quality restaurant.
I ordered foie gras and a glass of wine, and both were very tasty. The quality was high and the presentation was nice.
However, the prices are quite high, and the staff wasn’t very attentive, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, it’s a good option if you want a quality meal before your flight and don’t mind spending a bit more.
Presence . If this is a French taste then they are extremely poor at execution. Oh and did I mention they charge a glass of minuty rose ( wrong spelling btw on the list ) at 17 EUROS ??!!!
5 euros for a coffee
Never ever again !
I came to try FRENCH food and ended up eating veg burger as this is the only 1 item in veg in the main course .
Veg Burger was actually good.
The tomato ketchup had a unique flavour .
The desser Paris breast is totally letdown. It is just a scoop of vanilla ice cream kept between 2 non crispy sweet less cookies
