Charged 11.38 for a Large Iced Coffee and was told I would be charged for adding sweetener and creamer…Absurd, as this same iced coffee was 5.48 the day before. The new staff needs to be trained on how to ring up items properly.

Manager took my order. He seemed to care more about his schedule and his pre packaged baked goods than even saying a word to me. Literally not one single word! He even pointed to the scanner when I pulled out my card. MAJORLY LAME GUYS! At least my coffee was made properly. Worst Starbucks customer service I’ve ever had……and I’ve been to at least two Starbucks in at least 30 states…..and even up to 15 locations in a single state! If I could give you zero stars I would!!!

Noticed they consistently burn the coffee and people know they do but don’t talk about it which is funny. My whole class of 30 had a discussion about it yet we all just go along with it because the staff is nice, the Starbucks itself is nice, and it’s good place to study but the coffee is horrible this coming from myself a former barista and 29 other people and I’m sure there’s more.

Paid $8.30 for a vente chai and a bagel didn’t get the bagel and when I asked about the bagel they said I would have to re order another cause I apparently didn’t order it which doesn’t make sense if I paid $8.30 cause a vente chai doesn’t cost $8

If I could have given it zero stars I would. Coffee isn’t good and idk why they call it Starbucks when they don’t even take Starbucks cards. Just go the extra drive to get your coffee it’s worth it and save your money from this rip off.
