Worst hamburger I’ve ever had. First it was freezing cold so I had to ask that it be put in the microwave and warmed up. After getting it back, it was still freezing cold and was inedible. I was not going to send it back a second time. The fries were cold, and there was no ketchup in the condiment section. The people there acted very annoyed at waiting on anyone. They have no business band in public service. This is the first time in my life i’ve ever sent food back. I am not a picky person. I will never visit Burger King again though, and the employees could use lots of training.

No one talked to us when we walked in. They gave us the wrong amount of change while we was in. They got our order wrong two out of three of them. And we saw Caucasian people came in and they was more welcoming

Absolutely horrible customer service at drive thru. Sat for 3 minutes zero communication, we said HELLO, ARE YOU OPEN? Waited for another minute Zero response so we assumed drive thru was not up and running. Started to pull away and once we were passed the speaker by a car length she finally said can I take your order. We continued up to the pick up window and told the guy we waited for a while and Noone took our order could we place it at the window. The woman had her head set on pointed at us and said I SAID CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER! My husband said yeah after minutes of sitting and as we drove away. She then rudely yelled at someone in the back and said DIDNT YOU HEAR ME SAY CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER . Im sorry you do not talk like that in front of a customer. We told them no thank you, you don’t need to be rude we will take our business else where. Ma’am if you are the manager you need fired. This was 9-27-25 @ 12:30 is. So employer if you know who this woman is working this day you need to train her on customer service. Hire people who could’ve simply said I’m sorry for your wait instead of trying to pick a argument with a customer who waited for you to take OUR order. Your fault not ours. The burger king across the street however, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. That’s how you take an order ☆☆☆☆☆for burger king.

Drive through at 6 am – I always stop here for breakfast when I’m flying out early, and this location was really good. The attendant, Jamal , was polite, prompt and helpful – which isn’t always easy. I remember working fast food and being the person that opened. It’s not fun. I did wait a bit, but they open at 6 am and I was there at 6:05, so everything needed to be made. Plus side it was freshly made! So I felt a kudos was in order here.

A week ago, we went here for breakfast. Too much of it was not edible. I called and talked to Justin about the order. He told us to comeback that day or another to replace the food.
We went back today. Justin and his staff greeted us as if we were good old friends. They sincerely apologized and gave us the best food.

I was just in there for lunch. Lady wouldn’t take my order. All she did was walk back and fourth cause she can’t handle her job. Poor communication. I stood at the front counter for a good 15 minutes. Instead of showing any kind of customer service. She went around and started locking all the doors during opening business hours and with customer inside.

I love this location but…I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissan’wich, I only received one half of a slice of bacon. I know the cut back is real but can I get a whole slice of bacon on my sandwich.

Waited at register for roughly 4 minutes for help with a few other people behind me. Finally a manager walks and appears to be texting someone. After he places his phone in his pocket he then helps the person behind me in line without acknowledging me. We left and went across the street to Wendy’s. This manager may need to get some training from the stores at Broad and Glenn Side or Parham and Patterson. Both locations definitely have better service.
