This is a great place to sit and watch the planes. However, the service is really slow. They need to hire more staff. I waited about 15 minutes before getting the bartender’s attention in a mostly empty bar. I wish I looked at the reviews and walked the extra few steps to Chickie and Petes.

Go to CHICKIE & PETE’S instead…just pass by this restaurant and take a 30 second walk pass this place!!!! The service is SOOOOOO much better at CHICKIE & PETE’S!!! Visiting from out of town and wanted a drink and small bite for my husband and I while we were waiting at gate A20. The ladies at the register pointed to a man and said he was the owner if I had questions. I asked if the bar was open and where were the prices and he snapped “What do you want?!?!?” HE WAS SO RUDE!! MY GOODNESS! I asked if there was a price list for drinks and he said “No not really”….I took all of my many dollars down to the cheesesteak bar Chickie and Pete’s something…I cant remember. But the ladies were so nice and accommodating that we tipped them $100 each. I will sing to the rafters to ANYBODY. DONT SPEND YOUR HAR EARNED MONEY THERE! THE OWNER SPECIFICALLY TREATS PEOPLE OF COLOR VERY DISRESPECTFULLY. Mind you, I’m visiting the airport on connecting flights.

Rude and unaccomodating employee. Hiding from the picturee because he knows he’s being a jerk. Ordered an $18 margarita pizza (four pieces) at the Philadelphia terminal A. Had two 1/4 pieces of basil on one slice and none on the others. When I ask for more he said” we have basil but not to hand out”. I hope management sees this and “educates” him on customer service or let’s him go.

Bartender is slow and doesn’t understand customer service. Simply asked for a scoop of ice before I ordered my drink and he refused so I went to Chickie’s & Pete’s. Do yourself a favor and walk a few gates down for better service and people who actually smile.

Very rude and abusive behavior from the employee. He actually threatened me and told me to leave the restaurant! And I took pictures of the restaurant, there was only one customer when I was there! Read the other Google, Yelp and Philly Chamber of Commerce reviews. I highly recommend anyone avoid this restaurant. It’s amazing management puts up with this type of behavior from this employee. Tells you a lot about the company and their culture!

Bought my wife a hot tea. Used our own tea bag as they didnt have decaf. Charged us 4 dollars and I understand. Went to get a refill of hot water in the same cup and they wanted to charge us 5 dollars for hot water. That is some bullshit. Will never come back thats for sure.

Ordered a Cosmopolitan at the bar and it was great! Told the female bartender this and thanked her for such a good drink. When I got my check the charge was $17.10 for my drink. I left a $3 tip on my credit card and left. Just got home and found out my tip had been changed to $8 so my credit card was charged $25.10. That’s a 47% tip for one cocktail!!!! Shady business. Make sure to check your bill and your tip before you leave. Shame on them!

The rosemary chicken sandwich tasted okay.
It cost $14 and was mostly bread. Cheapest water bottle is $4 and there is no option for tap water. They only accept card.
An employee moved a chair with my things on it without checking with me. He later sat on the lower section of the bar counter and eventually put his feet up on it with the shoe soles touching the counter.
Do not come here!

No plates provided . As you eat this over price delicacy you are remind that plastic is king . Quality Olive Garden . No insult to Olive Garden . If there was a minus grade I would use it . Maybe I am old fashioned . Glad my wine was in a glass. Forgot to add the drink menu is missing prices . I got it .
