I had an excellent experience at Jernigan’s Tap House & Grill. The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, with a soft, fresh bun, and the Caesar salad was crisp, fresh, and full of flavor with a great dressing. Everything tasted high quality and well prepared.
The service was just as impressive, friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxed and satisfying meal.
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Checked out Jernigan’s Tap House in Nevada City and had a great experience. The burger was awesome—super flavorful and cooked just right. They’ve got a cool outdoor seating area that’s perfect for relaxing, and the bar inside has a nice vibe too. The beer was solid, and the service was on point. Our server had a great personality, she was really friendly and fun to talk to. Definitely planning to come back!

Great lunch for 5 of us reconnecting. Burgers, beer and fries were all well prepared and very tasty. They have a broad menu with many options available. The server was terrific. It was a bit noisy outside with other patrons and music.

Fried Chicken Sandwich was crispy and good. Fried mushrooms and Zucchini had good batter. Wife did not enjoy the wrap.
Too pricey for what it is.

Passing through and stopped for lunch. The menu and pics on line looked great. Food looked great when it arrived, but lacked flavor. The bartender, server, possible owner was a bit snide and gave you the feeling that he really didn’t care if you were there or not. The beer was cold and good, but he never asked if we wanted another drink and just brought us the check. That being said, the place was busy and it was obvious the locals like it. As non-locals, we wouldn’t return.

Went for lunch on a Wednesday after hearing they make the best burgers. Ordered the beer glazed burger without a bun over their caesar salad and it did not disappoint! The burger was a perfect medium rare and the salad excellently dressed. Definitely want to go back again.

I took my 5 year old to grab a burger after swimming. Jernigan’s has the best burgers in town and the sandwiches are also on point! My favorite part is you can swap the delicious fresh cut fries for fried zucchini, mushrooms, or onion rings . That is something hard to find in itself. The fried delicacies are reminiscent of the long lost tempura from the fair. The kids burgers are also great with a huge portion of fries. They have one of the best beer menus in the area. Lots of craft brew on tap. This is also a local hub for sports lovers. There’s always a game playing. My server today was polite and considerate. He even made a fresh batch of Ice Tea. I had the “SF takes the Phillies” with fried zucchini today dm it was delicious.
