Food is very good and super reasonably priced.
My issue why I reduced a star is because I did NOT get a. 8oz barrel cut filet. I ordered it but was given sirloin. I sent it back, kitchen confirmed they gave me sirloin and then gave me the filet. But the filet was not the thick barrel cut. It was flat and it was 6oz. It tasted delicious but very disappointed it wasn’t the cut or size I expected. My parents ordered 6oz sirloin and it was literally the same size.
The 3 course meal is the best deal. Only certain entrees on it, but I wish I got that instead, comes with a salad or soup the entree with a side and dessert for $16-21 depending on was you order.
The burger looks huge, juicy and delicious. My parents enjoyed their sirloin though my mom said that she had some grizzle in hers. Hers also tasted like it had a whole pepper shaker dumped on it, way too spicy and strong.
The salad they bring you is a nice size and I tried the cheesecake, it was so creamy and rich and delicious. The chocolate sauce on it was a nice touch.
It was my grandmas birthday and they brought her out ice cream with a candle in it which was so sweet of them.
I would come back here again but they need to serve the filet they advertise.

Our crew had a marvelous Saturday night at this location. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Megan was our server and she did a fantastic job. She kept our drinks full and checked on us just the right amount of times. Megan brought all our extra requests with a smile and did not rush us. We enjoyed a relaxing and super delicious meal. The “Bloomin Onion” appetizer is off the charts….Oh so yummy! I tried the “Tasmanian Chili” for the first time and it was absolutely delightful. The perfect amount of spice. I love it spicy. The manager, Melissa checked on our table server times. I love seeing the manager engaged, stopping by the tables and actually caring if we were enjoying our experience. Melissa was friendly, caring and showed she cared about customer satisfaction. Thank you Megan, Melissa, and the Cooks….You made our Saturday night memorable and we will definitely come back. Plus we got the cutest Koala’s from their new non-alcoholic Strawberry Lemonade. What a perfect way to top off a non alcoholic drink! Additionally, we have the cutest souvenir to remind us of an amazing night with friends, great food and impeccable service. xoxox

Third time we ordered an 8oz steak to go and got a 4oz steak. Manager said the steak shrinks after it is cooked, in their case it shrunk 50%….or you could just admit you gave us a 6oz and not an 8oz.
Your location continues to give people 6oz steaks that shrunken to 4oz-5oz after being cooked despite the customers ordering a 8oz. This is the THIRD time this has happened in the last 3 months.
If you order an 8oz, you better check it because most likely this location gave you an 6oz after you paid for an 8oz.

As someone who’s had Outback consistently for years, this has to be one of the best locations for me. Service is great, as usual. I love how diverse the staff is. No shade, but the Royal Palm location could take some notes on that. I always inhale my food before I can get a good photo opp, but luckily I took one just in time for dessert. I have only one note – keep up the good work!!

My server Jordan she was amazing. She checked on the table constantly making sure we were good. She made sure our food came on a decent time making sure our drinks were always filled. I ordered a filet mignon, what the gave me was a chew flat dry piece of sirloin cut in half. It was so chewy and a cheap piece of meat they tried to pass off as a filet. I’m sure they do this all the time assuming patrons don’t know. The asparagus was yellowing and going bad I couldn’t even eat it, when I got home I became so viciously ill- I was throwing up and spent the entire night in the bathroom on the toilet. Don’t eat here.
