Employees are great. Super kind. Always happy to fix mistakes.I haven’t been to this particular location in a while because there was a bald manager who was extremely rude to employees. He would talk down to them in front of customers, i witnessed this multiple times. I’ve finally gone back today (1/2 at 4:09) after over a year, and it looks like there is a new manager or some sort of assistant manager with what appeared to be a beard. I didn’t sit around in the drive thru to see exactly what was going on but WHILE i was being handed my food, after being asked if i would like condiments, this manager came up behind the man helping me and told him LOUDLY “dont do that again. It needs to go on the reciept” i assume in reference to the sauce that was offered at the window rather than the speaker. That was just super rude and degrading to do in front of a customer. Pull him aside next time AFTER the car pulls off. He was extremely kind and professional and no one deserves to be barked at like that in front of customers. Stop hiring these drill sergeant managers! Do better! I won’t be back again

This has got to be my favorite fast food. It’s ahhhmazing. The tator tots are out of this world and I’ve never had a sandwich that I didn’t tell someone else about after eating it. The Carmel pecan Sunday is out of this world too.

Black Freddy gave us a beautiful, amazing, respectful experience. All staff were extremely friendly and did not throw away the food they accidentally messed up. They gave it to us freely and remade part of the order. Thank you so much for being so welcoming. We need more chains as courteous.

We had the Bacon Cheese double and the Jalapeno Pepperjack double meals. The burger was excellent, shoestring fries were cold, and the service was very good.
Afterwards we enjoyed a Brownie concrete and a Turtle concrete, tasted excellent but I was disappointed that it was very similar to just a milkshake, you could use a straw.
All staff were very friendly.
I would definitely go back for a burger, but skip the shoestring fries and the concrete mixers. Maybe try the onion rings or cheese curds.

Food came out fast and was amazing! The new restaurant was very nice and lots of seating inside. Food was hot and i love their shoestring fries. Prices are reasonable (about $10 per meal.) definitely will be back

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business occurred due to a TWICE messed up door dash order. Upon calling and being recieved by a super rude presumably teenage girl our complaint was responded to with “sorrys” and “we’re really busy”. If being busy keeps you from doing your job then you do not deserve that job. Sooo we ask to speak the manager who is too busy to fix a customers twice messed up order. Cool wonder why the employees are so rude and incapable with a great manager like that? Back in the day when someone’s food paid for by their own respective job was wrong, it would be put right. Thats a job. You did it wrong. You should fix it. If you can not fix it you should not have that job. So thank you to the people who are so bad at their job that you couldn’t copy/paste what’s RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF YOU or even get it right the second time, an employee who talks to customers like a real see ya next Tuesday and of course the manager who ignores it all because YOU’RE BUSY……………………

Mary was an outstanding employee. Her customer service was truly exceptional, and our order was prepared perfectly and delivered in a timely manner. As a restaurant operating partner myself, I believe it would be beneficial to implement some form of incentive or recognition program for team members who consistently deliver excellent service, receive 5-star reviews, or successfully upsell limited-time offers. Just a thought to consider—great work like Mary’s deserves to be celebrated!
