Ordered pizza and waited more than an hour and half, app and tracker said delivered. Called up to the store and asked if there was some confusion, get put on hold for about 3 minutes after asking about our order, we were told they ran out of dough and that someone was supposed to call us and tell us. No one ever did. Probably won’t be refunded either because it says delivered in their system. We will never order from this store again after constant problems. Absolutely ridiculous.

I came tonight at 9!! They were not about to close. I ordered 16 wings and large pizza for $50. They served the wings in a large container but only gave me 4!! I called. I stayed at the window. No one. NO ONE WILL ANSWER ME! I called customer service. I paid $50 for pizza and wings and they only gave me 4 wings. They refuse to answer my call. They refused to answer me in the window… I waited for 20 minutes. I know I have to count my loss now but I hope nobody else gets screwed over by them THIS BAD!! DO BETTER!! Hire better people!!

We order the big box with 3 pizza’s all with Alfredo. They all arrived with tomatoe sauce. I called to get it fixed. 20 min one way drive. They didn’t even replace our pizza. Zero stars if I could. If we eat it we will get heart burn.

Absolutely the worst service I have had at a Pizza Hut called the store to order was asked to pls hold 15 minutes later I arrived at the store still on hold sat outside watched 3 ppl stand behind the counter for 5 minutes and do absolutely nothing ordered and was told I must have been on the phone with a call center at the 26 minute mark the woman who took the order came out as I’m waiting and swept all around me and never spoke a word 30 minutes

The foods probably the same as the other Pizza Huts. It never seems to be crowded. Staff have been friendly and helpful every time I’ve went.
One time a dasher kept part of my order and they remembered the order and gave me my ordered item.
One critique is that the the bushes are overgrown and growing over the sidewalk a bit.

I used to love Pizza Hut when I was a kid! I have faith in this place. Younger manger was nice. There was two couples in there eating when I went to pick up my small online order. Employees Needs better packaging and customer interaction. Food was 3/5 at best. I think that’s just Pizza Hut quality though.

Placed an order online and they told me an hour before they close that all they have is breadsticks and no dough ready. It doesn’t make sense for them to be ready to close a whole hour before the location actually closes. Apparently they also did not have chicken wings. Please update your business hours to reflect that you close at 10pm. Horrible service! Order somewhere else!!

I recently got pizza from here (just a large pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni melt) they said it would be done in 15 minutes… that was a low ball. I got there 10 minutes in expecting a 5-10 min. wait… well after waiting 45-55 min. A lady that got a larger order than me got her order the same time as me which is fine other than when I got into my vehicle second later the pizza was barely was above room temperature! Like I would understand if they were busy but the only people that even were in the restaurant was me and the lady. They ask my name three or four times and still couldn’t get me an even warm pizza. This might be the last time I come to this Pizza Hut.
