Nice selection of food, all kept hot or cold, depending. Service was terrific, especially Mayra, who was a delight to speak with. The restaurant seems to have been updated since we last visited. Nice and clean with pleasant changes. My only negative was my grilled steak. Although cooked exactly as I requested (medium rare), it was full of gristle and impossible to chew. This was not the grill master’s fault, as he was most concientious in timing the steak. It was a very poor cut of meat. Buyer’s choice or butcher supplier? I do not know.

Service was pretty good. Food was mid in terms of taste. Got mashed potatoes and had some black rubbery looking thing in it. Went to present it to the cooks and they said it was a piece of potato. This thing was black and rubbery. It was about the size of a thumbnail. It was 100% inconsistent with a potato. I should’ve taken a photo, sorry review seekers.

Honestly this place was so bad. The food was all stale and dry even though they were super busy. The staff were unfriendly and we had to flag down the server to get drinks. There were so many people it was hard to walk and everyone was cutting in line and cutting me off, no one was paying attention to anything but themselves. The bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING! They were so bad I flushed the urinal with my cane. It’s sad, golden corral used to be so good, but for what we paid and to get that bad of service and the food to be so bad… we won’t be back. When you go to Golden Corral you need to keep in mind that you are going to a buffet and that quantity is usually priority over quality. That being said I went in time to grab some breakfast (right about to swap to lunch) and there was a good variety and it was all fresh. Lunch was also good nothing crazy but definitely what I would expect at a buffet.

It’s not a good as it used to be before the COVID trach in 2020. Got a couple slices of steak and it was grizzly and tuff. I wasn’t the only one in our group that said the same thing. It was over priced. Was really disappointed. I can say our waiter did a great job talking care of us.

I ate here tonight. I hadn’t been here for years. In case you haven’t been here, or it’s been a while since you’ve visited, let me give you a little idea what it’s like. You walk in and grab your drink, soda or water. Then you pay for your meal. It’s like 20 bucks a person. I’m not sure what the price is for kids. Then you just find a table and sit down. Then one of the workers bring you some silverware and a straw. Then you grab a plate and fill it up with whatever you want. They have a lot of options. I really liked the macaroni and cheese. And the fried fish I liked. They also had some good sausage. The rest of the food I got was okay. I didn’t care for the hush puppies. I think they fried them too long or something. It looked like the workers enjoyed their jobs. I didn’t think that the men’s restroom was very clean. Overall, this restaurant is great place to bring your kids. A little bit too expensive for the food you receive. I did leave extremely full though. If you haven’t been here for awhile and you got an extra 20 bucks, stop by here and give this place your business. They would appreciate it!

Everything about customer service was perfect! The location definitely needs a facelift, renovation and new staff. The place was dull the paint was peeling off the walls and the tables were unstable. Not much of a menu the crackers were stale and very limited. I love buffets! But, this one is just terrible. what makes it worse it’s the only one in my area! Very disappointed. If they renew the buffet I’ll definitely be back!!! Because I’m obsessed with Golden corral just not this location in Wichita Kansas

Got screamed at by the manager. I’m a truck driver. After paying for a meal. I also typically weekly also get a box of food to go, usually 2.5 lb. This store charges a little extra ,(compared to other GCs)at 10 something per pound would have likey been 30 bucks. I have a very small fridge in my semi rig, and I separate my food into zipper bags to make it easy to prepare meals on the road. This rude little person screamed at me from 30 ft away like I was her child putting the cat in the microwave. Told me I cannot use a Ziploc have to put my food on a plate… I can only assume that they have to deal with service theft otherwise I can’t imagine how anyone in management could have that kind of attitude or be that rude to well-paying customers. The server in my seating area was also pretty inadequate, but I still tipped her 3 bucks. A little less than I normally tip my server but her other three dollars went to the server in the next section who will give me water when I couldn’t get it from my server. Also, the food quality was far lower than Golden corral standards. It might also be helpful if someone taught the omelette maker how to scramble an egg. Scrambled eggs actually need to be stirred before they’re cooked otherwise they’re just a chopped up poorly fried egg. The Omelette station had closed but even though my food prepared at The Omelette station was incorrect twice I was still going to tip her a couple of dollars but with the little Chihuahua ankle-biting manager mean muggin and being rude it slipped my mind in the moment. Unfortunately I will never be back to this Golden Corral to fix that. Bacon was either burnt on the ends and very rigid and crunchy or seeminglybarely cooked l

We used to love Golden Corral, unfortunately this last visit was so bad. The server served everyone else around us, we had to track her down just to get refills. The food was cold and gross even though it was busy night. Tables set dirty almost the whole time we were there.
