We really enjoyed our time at Pho Ngon Dat Viet today. Pho broth was flavourful with good seasoning. Every dish especially the Com Tam (broken rice) dish was in big portion. I wish there were more thin-sliced beef shank and lemongrass flavour in the Bun Bo Hue but it was already really good. Staff was very nice and understanding (thank you for the lovely photo you took for us). Will definitely return and bring more friends!
Oh and my boy LOVED the strawberry smoothie! He had brain freeze as he was slurping too fast!!!

We went there after seen some amazing reviews.
The place is new, decor is amazing, really beautiful, clean and spacious.
We had a couple of friends visiting so we took them with us. The food experience is not as good as the looks.
Beef noodle soup, the broth was dull and super oily.
Shrimp fried rice had no taste. Seasoning was lacking, we gently asked for soy sauce to be able to finalize it.
Stir-fried noodles was also lacking in taste. The food was fresh in general, but overall dull.
The pho in stone bowl, that one was really good! Tasty, broth was hot enough to cook the beef, the flavours were amazing! That was for sure the peak of our meal.

Went here for the first time and first impressions when walking in were great. The ambiance & decor is so lovely. The way of ordering is convenient, you just write what you want on the paper & then hit the little door bell button that’s on the table. There aren’t too many options on the menu, which is kind of nice. Not overwhelming. We got the fresh shrimp spring rolls to start which we’re fantastic, they were full, good flavour & definitely fresh. Then I had the Rare Beef Pho in size large (to be able to take home). It was very yummy! Came out quickly, steaming hot, they have hoisin & hot sauce on the table, with spoons & chopsticks. Only thing I wish, is that there were more beansprouts brought with it. Got the Vietnamese iced coffee which was VERY yummy but it was not filled all the way.

I would definitely recommend to others & would go back again.

Surprised that this place doesn’t have a higher rating! The decor inside is beautiful and the food here is pretty good. Prices are a bit higher here, but the portion sizes are pretty good. We both struggled to finish our respective dishes.

I got #18 which is the hot stone bowl of pho that comes deconstructed. I will say this was a bit of a mess to put together, but it’s actually because they don’t skimp on the ingredients. The portion size was awesome and I enjoyed the pho. The vermicelli dishes are huge and the beef rolls with herb leaves that come with it are delicious.

The only negative is that there is quite a bit of a draft near the front of the restaurant, so if you’re seated there it is quite cold in the winter. But would definitely come back.

The Vietnamese food at Pho Ngon Dat Viet was good.

The Rare Beef and Brisket Pho (Medium) was good. The rare beef and brisket were generous and delicious. The broth was savoury but a little bit salty. The noodles were good.

The Spring Roll, Grilled Pork, Sausage, Beef Roll with Herb and Vermicelli were awesome. The spring roll was crispy and delicious. The grilled pork was savoury. The sausage and beef roll with herb were good. Overall, this vermicelli dish was generous in portion size and delicious.

The Mango and Shrimp Salad was okay. The mango was good but the shrimp was on the bland side. It would have been better if the shrimp was grilled.

The Vietnamese Ice Coffee was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Such an amazing experience!!
I was surprised with the nice decoration and how they present the food so impressively. Also, the food was great and the staffs were friendly.
One little thing is that the tofu was not too crispy enough and the sausages were dry a bit. In general, the services were very good so I still gave them a solid five-star

Definitely coming back!!

After seeing PHO NGON DAT VIET all over my social media when it first opened, I decided to give it a try, expecting a stellar experience given the hype.

Starting with the Pho, I found it quite enjoyable. The soup base was flavourful without being overly salty, and the toppings were plentiful, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the portion size of the rice dish left much to be desired; it was smaller than I anticipated.

We also ordered the Bun Bo Hue, but sadly, it didn’t meet our expectations. We have definitely had better versions of this dish elsewhere, and it lacked the robust flavours we were hoping for.

Our visit was during a busy weekend, and the service was lacking. We frequently had to search for a staff member rather than having them check on us. This lack of attentiveness was disappointing and detracted from our dining experience.

One particular aspect that stood out was the billing process. When it was time to settle the bill, we had to get up and line up at the front desk to pay. This felt unusual and inconvenient, as we expected the staff to bring the bill to our table.

In conclusion, while the Pho was decent and had generous toppings, there is room for improvement in the portion sizes and the overall service. I hope these areas are addressed in the future to enhance the dining experience.

Love the atmosphere and the food was amazing. They have a unique way of food setup that makes it look appetizing and authentic.
The taste is 10/10. However, customer service still needs some improvements. I guess it was peak time but our table wasn’t clean properly and there was food on the bench. Our order was switched out to something else without notifying us. However, we wanted to try the menu anyway so we wouldn’t care.
This is probably the place I would take my friends and introduce them to Vietnamese cuisine. Beautiful decoration! Great job!

I had the pleasure of dining at Pho Ngon Dat Viet last Monday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of my meal was trying the Pho Bat Da and Bun Dau Mam Tom—both dishes were a symphony of flavors that delighted my taste buds. The rich, aromatic broth of the pho was absolutely heavenly, and the Bun Dau Mam Tom was a perfect balance of textures and bold flavors. You can tell the chefs here take pride in their craft!

Adding to this wonderful experience was the exceptional service. Our waiter, Lisa, was a true gem. She greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness truly elevated our visit.
