This is the first Texas Roadhouse I have visited that gave me a bowl of warm, toasted marshmallows for my sweet potato. It is also the first Texas Roadhouse I have been to where the staff break out into song and dance just for the fun of it. The staff are very friendly, eager to please and check on you regularly…they all deserve a big raise! When the food came out I noticed the portions were smaller, but after eating I realized it was just right…I wasn’t overly full or hungry…it was perfect. The whole experience was perfect!

The food was good quality, we went on a very busy night (college move in day). The service wasn’t great at all. The waitress didn’t give any refills on beverages, didn’t put in my to-go-order, and overall didn’t take care of our table at all. My friends took me here in celebration of my birthday.

So, this is my 2nd experience at this particular Texas Roadhouse. The first experience here was very good, so we decided to come back 2 weeks later. Unfortunately this time, we had a less than great experience. It was a Saturday afternoon that wasn’t too busy, but the service and food wasn’t very good this time. The store manager sat us (party of 2) at a very small table when there were plenty of booths available. We had 2 servers but they were not very attentive at all, I sat for about 15 to 20 minutes needing a refill on water before they finally checked on us. Also, one of my sides (steak fries) was not brought out with my meal, and I had to ask about it to check on the status not once, but twice. I finally received my other side by the time we were done eating and ready for our check. And it wasn’t even fresh so obviously it sat and got forgotten about. Sad to say, probably won’t be back which is unfortunate, because they were really good last time.

My wife and I went Saturday 7th February it was pretty busy. but one of the girls ( Maddie )running the bar area came out to the patio, and said she had room at the bar. both Maddie and Sophie did an excellent job taking care of customers and made the experience great. the food came out hot and delicious as always.

I will let the pictures of the food speak for themselves. One steak was to be medium well. The kids steak bites were to be medium well and the last steak was to be medium. This has been the same result with the steaks on EVERY occasion to this Texas Roadhouse.

I may be a bit generous with this review but the effort that the Owner and managers put in to rectify anything earns them this five.
The food is usually pretty good, the service the same and we like the exciting atmosphere.
The owner, Jared goes out of his way to satisfy us/the customer and his managers and trainers (Colton, Sedrick, Michael, Brandi) follow suit. Most of the wait staff also have positive attitudes and try hard.
We like the rolls and big onion for appetizers and the ribs, sirloin steak, herb crusted chicken breast, mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans the best.

Our waitress was the greatest. Wished I could remember her name. Made my daughter quietly comfortable on her birthday as to not embarrass her. ❤️ much appreciated whoever you are.
