Came here on a Friday during the lunch rush. I ordered an adobo chicken burrito which was pretty good.
While I waited on line, I noticed that the tables needed cleaning. And there were some napkins on the floor. I don’t fault the staff too much as they were pretty busy filling orders from the long line of people. To their credit, as the rush died down, they started to clean up the place.
As we ordered, the staff were polite. Qdoba is a good place to grab a quick Mexican-style meal.

The food is very good, but every time I come to this location they put less and less protein. I practically couldn’t taste the meat. The price isn’t that low for them to limit the portion of protein so much. It felt like they were almost counting the strands of brisket they served. My burrito was supposed to have brisket. It’s so little that you can’t even notice it.

She didn’t just take my order; she made sure I got exactly what I wanted, checked in to confirm every detail, and did it all with a friendly, professional energy that made the whole experience better. She’s one of those people who makes you feel like your order actually matters, and you can tell she takes pride in getting it right.
Qdoba’s food was great, but Iris is the reason I’ll be coming back here over other spots. When someone cares about both the product and the customer the way she does, it shows, and it makes all the difference.

Wanted to try this place because I have seen it all the time in Fair Lawn Promenade. When I came to get the order, the person at the counter said she couldn’t find my order. When I told her my name she kept saying “no!” Then she went in the back and was like “oh here! Yes!” Then I assume it was a manager that said I was early and it would take 10 minutes. It came out faster than that which I appreciated, but again the person at the counter just gave me a look like she wasn’t interested in serving me. Maybe my name on the ticket irritated her? Everyone else served nicely and I wasn’t. Also, if you claim your food is “mild” why is it still spicy then? Honestly, this is the first and last time for me.

I come here a lot for takeout. The place is always clean and the food is fresh. The staff are great at what they do. I especially want to mention Yosiet, who handled my order with expertise and a friendly attitude. He even sang me happy birthday! I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve come here quite a few times and I was in the mood for some tn. It was around 10:15 so it being late I check when they close and it was 11pm. I drive there and get there at 10:30 and I see two employees and lights on. But I go to open the door and it was locked. And both employees turned around and pretended as if I wasn’t there. Disrespectful and ridiculous behavior.

I honestly enjoy going to Qdoba, especially since Kevin works there. Every time I walk in, the customer service is great — everyone’s friendly, quick, and actually pays attention to what you want. Kevin always makes sure my order is right, and he keeps the vibe chill and welcoming.
