I ordered two drinks here, but neither of them came out for over 10 minutes.
When the drinks I ordered didn’t come out, I went to the counter, and the clerk with the name starting with H, who had taken the order, didn’t even know what the drink was. A glass did come out. But the second glass didn’t come out again, so I went to the counter and asked for it again.
Moreover, when I ordered, they asked if I would be given in a glass or a plastic cup, so even though I asked for a plastic cup, they still gave it to me in a glass.
This Starbucks store didn’t fulfill any of my orders properly.
I am very disappointed.
I will never visit this place again.

as i was getting starbucks with my friend before work, i realized i had placed my mobile order to the wrong store. the worker was so nice and made my order for me with no hastle and had it done very quickly. excellent service and amazing workers. 10/10 recommend.

Starbucks here, Starbucks there, Starbucks everywhere. I mean literally though, there are way too many Starbucks in every city big and small, and people just keep coming back. (I may or may not be guilty of this too.) But anyways, this is one of at least 4 or 5 Sbux in Fargo, and it’s the closest to my parents’ house by far.
It is always stinkin busy. I mean, 10-12 cars in the drive thru deep, at the minimum, almost all times of day every day of the week. It’s mind boggling how this one is always soo crazy. If you don’t see a drive thru line that’s long then you better go immediately and take advantage, because it won’t last long and probably won’t happen again for a week.
Despite the insanity, this Starbucks is usually pretty consistent with what’s come to be known of the chain. All the workers are always so darn sweet and amazing, and they work super hard- I mean clearly, they don’t have any other choice due to the capacity of people that ship through each day. Carry on, Starbucks peeps.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. I went here several times a week and they knew me, they were nice, and I would be appreciated. Now, I don’t even get a hello when I go in to pick up my order. My order for the last 2 visit has been smaller and smaller every time.

Disappointed as this keeps happening multiple times. I specify everyday that I order my coffee, I need extra half and half in my coffee. Almost once or twice every week, I get this dark coffee which I end up throwing in the garbage as I cannot drink such strong coffee. Please make sure you get the orders right. Thank you.

Drink tasted very sub par. NOT saying this because of the poor experience that follower but really the drink on it’s own was not good. It tasted like a starbucksicy star bucks drink that got left in the car for 45 minutes on a hot day. No flavor just watered down. I asked for sweet cream which was very watered down and the texture was off. The barista also forgot the sweet cream initially. Because she forgot the sweet cream she had to open the lid and put it in and while doing this she didnt close the lid properly. No care at all. It’s very unfortunate considering that we were the only customers. The store was not that busy. The drink spilled all over my fiance’s clothes. We headed there before dinner Now we have to go change. I wish more care was out in to making the drink and presenting it. We did not ask for a complicated order and it was just one straight forward drink with no modification. Walked inside the store to tell what happened and it was just a “Sorry’ our dinner was ruined she had to go back and change again. What an experience

The district manager does not order correctly. Who ever is in charge of Fargo Starbucks supply should be terminated and hire someone who knows how to order products so they are not ALL out of ALL flavors!!!!! It is ridiculous here. I travel across the USA and visit hundreds of SB but the ones in Fargo are the very worst in keeping supplies available.

The atmosphere was amazing! The temperature in the place was blissful, along with the fact of only not just amazing but small aromas throughout the building. Having the lung my mother has, it is hard to find a coffee place we can both enjoy! The seating is cozy and impressive for plug-in access and a roomy environment. The staff is graceful and helpful. A peaceful and joyful place to be.
