I’ve been waiting for my food for half an hour. I see a lot of workers parking just to walk inside the store get whatever they want and walk back to there car. The food was warm not how it usually is. When I arrived there where no more then three. Cars and two of them where the workers either in break or just worked there going inside on none working hours. Not even on rush hour they had employees but some of them need to get there priority’s straight

Ordered in person, food never showed up. Left with nothing after waiting a long time. The drive up display screen said our order was on the way out, carhop came outside and never came to my car, then the screen thanked me and invited me to come back soon.

Took a detour here a little while back. By far the slowest Sonic I’ve ever seen. An hour wait for a slush (which to their credit was fine), under 2 bucks. I know I’m not the only customer, but it probably takes 2 minutes to make. An hour is absurd.
Solely due to the very lengthy wait for such a simple item, I will not be returning to this location.
Edit: This seems to be a theme for reviews for this particular location. I would highly recommend people avoid this location, for Sonic to take note of this pattern and take a close look at this store, having a number of these reviews in hand, without each one of us having to submit a individual complaint to the location’s site that the corporate owner suggests. I will pass on that. These reviews should suffice.

This is by far the worst sonic in Oklahoma. I’ve driven out of the drive through more times than I can count waiting on service of some kind. Simply avoid this place. Suggestions to sonic, get new employees. The ones you have here are terrible!! The service is terrible. I even stopped coming to this location for a few months to see if anything would change. Is obvious nothing has changed. Do better!!! Stop agreeing with us that there’s a problem and fix it if you already know about this issue.

Quick service, and the food is good for being junk food. the burgers are good, hotdogs are ehh, the tots are to die for.
Any frozen drink that you get from here is going to be good. Weather ice cream or a slushee.

Came in to pick up a DoorDash and the you g man that was on the mic was very very rude, refused to help me with the order said “it wasn’t his job!” In the most rude hateful manner and after this review I will be calling corporate and his boss tomorrow. The time is 10:37pm on September 28th. Do better, customer service isn’t for hateful teens it’s for people that need a job and care if they lose it!!!

I’ve been to a lot of sonics here in Norman, and they are so stingy with their strawberries and lime!! I went and got my strawberry and lime water this morning from the one on Chautauqua and let me just say they nailed it!!! My water was perfect. The Limes and strawberries was on point just how I like it
