This McDonald’s is so rude, all employees are rude! Never smiling! The other day I asked for grape jelly with my breakfast sandwiches they had they nerve to ask for .32 cents it’s not about the amount but it’s a breakfast sandwich and jelly should be an option like ketchup with fries. I have never been asked to pay for jelly and when I tried telling the cashier she rolled her eyes. If you don’t want to work in fast fast do something else instead of being rude smh

Very disgusting! They racially profile black delivery drivers here. The guy refused to hand me the order and said that I had to show him a completed order. He was very disgusting about it. He said that people had been taking orders. Let me guess, the “people” were ALL BLACK. When I went back to speak with the manager he was laughing. Which i have it all on a video i was recording. I also made Uber aware of the experienceand the video i recorded. Black drivers be aware!

Tried 4 times this month, they failed to make a basic cheese burger with extra onion and pixel each time. I finally had it today when they gave me a cheese burger with nothing on it but cheese and a burger, i went back in and got my money back. I’m not paying for crap food that can’t even be made right with the most basic of requests yet alone not even getting the food I ordered for and I wish it was just once and this McDonald but it is all of them in my area they all suck and none of them can get a basic orders right. This is the exact reason why they are being replaced with robots. Its not because they are cheaper works its cause they don’t constantly screw up basic orders that any one that can read can accomplish.

You made me pull forward to wait for an online order that was checked in 5 minutes before I pulled up, while I was pumping gas. You made me wait so long I had to come in and demand my food that was JUST SITTING THERE. Even better, you didn’t even put on the customizations I PAID EXTRA FOR. And then to top it off, you hung up on me FOUR times when I called to get my money back. I will continue calling until you answer the phone and refund me.

I arrived at 11:50 at the drive-through. You made me wait for 8 minutes and I never got an answer. Calling is useless, apparently the guys decided to close earlier than necessary. Either change the opening hours on Google Maps, or close on time (it says that you close at 12:00).

Yelsin was taking our order, we ordered a Sausage McMuffin but instead he gave us a Susage Egg McMuffin, we kept telling him and the manager but their respong kept being “I don’t understand if it’s the same thing” it’s not, Susage Egg McMuffin come with egg and costs more than the Susage McMuffin. They either don’t know their own menu or they were trying to scam us. Scaming us is most likely since even the manager was there.

Completely botched my order and wouldn’t believe me even when I showed my online receipt. When i bit into the nuggets they gave me they where rock hard and smelled of old fryer grease. Employees are nice, but still I should have gone to culvers next door.

I ordered some chicken nuggets from here, and the Nuggets were really good crunchy and fresh. The service was also great, the problem arose when I asked for an extra sweet and sour sauce and was told I had to pay for it. I thought that was petty and asked how much, and she said 25 cents each! I’ve order from numerous McDonald’s and they not once charged me for extra sweet and sour sauce. If you’re thinking about ordering your food here at this particular McDonald’s, you should probably wait because I’m sure there’s one closer that doesn’t charge you for every little thing extra they give you.

First of all, don’t ask any questions. The employee at the front Dario, told me he wasn’t the owner and didnt really care when I asked why there was no water offered at the fountain machine. Terrible customer service. You would have thought I insulted him his attitude was so poor. It was a hot day and I just wanted some water, the other worker at the drive thru (Im assuming the manager) informed me they only offer bottled water. Which is fine, just didn’t expect to be treated so rudely when asking about water! Kid deginately needs to be re trained
