The service has always been nice when coming late to get pizza for dinner. However, the last two times we’ve stopped in late, one of the pizzas always has something we did not order. Last night we found black and green olives, AND jalapeño pieces on our Hawaiian pizza. Not sure how, or why they got there, but that’s the second time it has happened this month. They really need to pay attention to what they’re doing, especially for people with allergies.

An hour for fast food pizza is ridiculous. Every time we come here the amount if time it takes is absolutely crazy. And picking up is even harder. Wait 10+ minutes to even get anyone to acknowledge you inside for a pick up. Forget drive through, people sit there for 20 minutes waiting for their pizza to be made. Pizza is hit or miss.

The Willmar Dominos will no longer be participating in the “Slice the Price Card” which gave a FREE Large pizza with the purchase of a large pizza at menu price. This was a great fundraiser for local school organizations. Willmar Nordic Ski was able to raise good money for purchasing Rollerskis and new uniforms. I was planning on continuing to do this fundraiser for 2026 to help raise money for Nordic ski, until I was notified they no longer will support the card moving forward in 2026. Please bring this great opportunity back to the Willmar Dominos. You will lose many customers and group organizations, like church youth groups, that normally do not go to Dominos for Pizza.

This pizza and bread thing were so over cooked and this isn’t even the first time this happened I’m so disappointed it has so many black spots from being burnt they look like moles that spell “burnt “ in brail. The blind would be disappointed too the only good thing about this was the delivery guy and his kindness but I do like my shi crispy so 3 stars

Ordered this pizza and when receiving it I checked it immediately and it’s burnt. When I asked why it’s burnt the girl said “it’s not burnt, it’s thin crust” and continued to argue with me. I was on the clock so I left and called the store immediately. Then the manager (I believe he said his name was Luke?) also argued he was at the cutting station and it was only well done. Well I’d have left atleast a 4 star if they were willing to replace this burnt pizza. But they only wanted to literally argue with me. Browned crust is well done, black crust is burnt.

The customer service instore was awesome.I accidentally ordered a pepperoni pizza due to my dietary restrictions, but the staff was incredibly understanding and promptly changed my order to accommodate my needs.
