At least it was fast and the fries were hot, but everything else was just down hill. I know that advertisements are never what you get served, but this “Spicy Western Bacon Cheeseburger” isn’t even close.

After paying and waiting several minutes at the window, the employee then came over and reached her hand out for my money again. When I said I already paid, she said “alright, calm down” and walked away again. The half & half sat on the counter instead of being refrigerated.

Traveling through, stopped to grab a quick bite. Service at the drive through was good, order didn’t take too long, however we were on the interstate before we started eating. My burger was very good cooked just right, my traveling companions burger was burnt rather crispy, and was inedible. You know what happens at the drive through sometimes!

I was sorely disappointed. My whole experience took a lot longer than what’s expected for a fast food restaurant. The staff does not work well together and none of them were especially friendly. My hot dogs were not topped well and looked like it was missing something. I hope they get their act together!

The food is really good. I usually don’t much care for fast food. I was surprised that the hamburgers were char grilled. It gives the meat more flavor and it is something I have loved since I was a kid. The only issue that I encountered between this and one other Hardee’s was the wait time for the food. Otherwise I was worth the wait.

Smelled like a dirty dog inside, took forever to get food out, basically the worst fast food location I’ve ever been, and I’ve enjoyed every other Hardee’s I’ve been to. Food smelled up vehicle. All around I’d give it a negative star, unfortunately google required me to give it at least one to write a review. Don’t go here. Just don’t.

Like most fast food places, you have to be careful what you order and consider the time of day if you want fresh hot food. I picked the ham and cheese sandwich. Good meat to bun ratio. Cheese was a little skimpy. A good sandwich overall. Dining area was dirty. Fries were hot with just the right amount of salt. Ketchup was warm..I prefer mine cold or at least cool. Staff was in very short supply. One counter person, one cook, and one person doing drive through during lunch rush. Not good but the three of them were doing a pretty good job keeping things going.

The burger was cold, vegetables were icy, the only thing warm was the bun. For $9 The burger should have been hot. I didn’t have time to take it back. Every time I have been to a Hardee’s in the last few years, the burger meat is cold and there is a ton of mayonnaise. They use to care more and have good burgers. I will not go to Hardee’s anymore.

08/28/16 – the store was busy. But I had ordered and waited almost an hour for my food. People who had ordered after me had received their food and gone. I questioned the woman working behind the counter. She did part of my order was ready (sitting getting cold) she said they were waiting in chicken to cook. And said sorry. I waited another 10 mins. And saw 3 chicken biscuits go to the drive thru. I Requested my money back. And they looked at me like i was bothering them. Terrible service!!! Terrible employees!!!
