The presentation of the food significantly deviated from the promotional materials. Furthermore, the meal arrived cold and was missing several advertised components. Consequently, a recommendation cannot be provided. However, the delivery service was satisfactory.

First off this was the blandest cheesesteak I have ever had even with the Chipotle mayo. The meat was dry and did not have a lick of seasoning, not even salt or pepper. It was super dry and didn’t have any spice to it at all, seems like they forgot to add chipotle may altogether. Save your money it is definitely not worth the price. It is super small, I expected it to be the size of a subway footlong but it was half of that and they have the nerve to ask an additional $7 for plain fries and a drink for the combo. Mind you all of this comes out of the IHOP kitchen, so it isn’t even made by a quality restaurant.

I’m giving this restaurant a 3 Star because for the price of the two items bought wasn’t worth what food they are giving the cheese stake sandwich isn’t even a foot long and the loaded fries well you get a handful so watch out for this restaurant they’re what I like to call pocket pickers. so pardon me but get off the pocket picking and treat customers like they should for your prices.
