Ordered pizza for carry out and asked for a half type bake since I had to reheat at home. When I got home and looked at pizza it was overcooked and burnt looking. So I guess it’s a one type pizza place. When I reheat it for dinner it will be even more burnt and not that good. So that’s why I’m having the frozen one instead. Step it up pizza hut.

We ordered online and picked up our food. Everything was great as usual, except for the garlic parmesan chicken wings. We were really disappointed. they were extremely oily, almost like they were sitting in an oil soup. This has never happened before, and we’ve ordered these wings many times. Really hope this was just a one time issue.

What I want to know is why beef brisket pizza cost so much more. I’m sure you’ll tell me that’s a specialty pizza and the ingredients cost more, right? But when I get the brisket pizza there is barely any topping. If I get a pepperoni pizza, I have pepperoni on the whole pizza. Same with bacon, ham, sausage, and hamburger but the beef brisket pizza has one to three little blotches per slice. Either the price needs to come down or just give me enough beef brisket on my pizza to call it beef brisket pizza. Pizza Hut you can’t have it both ways. If it cost more, fine just give me my moneys worth. If this is just how y’all are going to do business then lower the price to accommodate the lack of topping but do something to be fair to the public or I’ll just have to assume you only care about getting ur money and not on how you run you business.

I had my daughter’s birthday party there this past Saturday and we had a great nice experience. Everyone who attended the party said the pizza was so good and when I asked for something to be put on the bar, they brought it out in no time. Our waitress was very busy but always kept a smile on her face and very nice. Everyone had a great time!!

Way to go Pizza Hut for being good to customers! My cousin Emma comes once a week helps me watch the babies. I order her pizza when she does. Last time my order got misplaced it was a two hour wait but it was free. I placed order today and got two large pizzas bread stick half gallon tea. She said I’m only charging you five dollars! I told her they already made it right. She said no way ma’am we are sorry and your important!! How nice. Made my day. Way to go
