This location is just down the street from where I live, and thank goodness! 80% of the time, the food is right on point and PERFECT. The remaining times, everything is still pretty great with minor issues not worth writing home about (it’s fast food, you kinda expect issues once in a while). It’s cheap, it’s fast, and the staff here are usually friendly!

I went in this morning and talked to the manager on duty about what happened last night. She did make it right and made us a fresh pizza to compensate for the garbage we were given last night.**
This location just sold me a pizza that had to have been in their hot box for a minimum of 45 minutes. The pizza was as hard as a rock, heck the cheese was SOLID!! Now I understand that we came in at the last minute but this is NOT something you sell to someone. And to make matters worse, it was a manager that sold it to me. It was so bad that we ended up going without dinner (because that’s all the money I had for food) and I had to feed it to my dogs. Who also had a hard time eating it because it was so hard. I will definitely be making a complaint to the manager above her tomorrow. Not that I’m expecting anything to come of it. It’s a shame too cause Little Caesars used to be a really good company.

Ordered pickup and got my food out of the pizza portal, got in the car and started driving home and realized i was smelling marinara, look over and what do you know, the lid isnt even on the cup of sauce! in fact it wasnt even near the cup, almost as if they just threw the lid in the bag. I was already almost home so i didnt go back. pizza also wasnt even cut through and ripped when trying to get a piece.
