Taco had no meat. Went thru drive thru for a #2 meal, took a bite and was like why is it so cold. Oh it’s only lettuce, a little cheese, and no meat. I got a lettuce wrap! Did they confuse my order with someone else’s? Potato ole’s were good and hot. Service was ok, only thing I really talked to was the auto system at order screen. When I pulled to the window he just said the total and took my payment. No other conversation during interaction. I wasn’t inside to say much about atmosphere, but the drive thru was clean and plowed.

On average, I like most of the food, but the churro’s have taken a dip and most of them taste bitter and are lacking enough sugar and cinnamon. Since that’s usually the last thing I eat in the meal, it kinda serves as a buzz kill every time I get food from here now. This has been the case with the 3 locations in duluth that I know of so far. I’m assuming it’s a issue with the fryer oil? Plez fix ma churro’s.

I usually love taco John… we had ordered extra sour cream and guacamole and when we got to the window after paying we noticed we didn’t get the extra side of guacamole and then she said we’ll she could ring it up again but didn’t apologize for the inconvenience… but honestly what’s the point in paying for a small side of guacamole? I also have noticed they have been very cheap on putting sour cream an guacamole on the super nachos lately its literally like a small size of a dime for both even when you ask for extra…an all these chips for a little bit of meat I’m not sure what’s going on but I think for now I’ll just stick to tacos instead of my favorite super nacho…..

Alright. 5 star rating. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant where the staff checked that everything was good and even took our tray away. The food was great, and the restaurant was very clean! We were very happy and impressed.

Stingy with parking & supporting local businesses even when it’s not open. Really rude employee taking videos of patrons trying to find parking and threatening to call a towing service — understandable, but rude and unpleasant attitude!
