I’ve ordered from them for years- the last 5 times my order has been incorrect! So tired of this. I’m not ordering anymore. Asked for a salad with no cucumbers and add croutons. They had plenty of cucumber- 0 croutons. This isn’t just a one time thing. I even asked the person taking the order if she got what I changed/ added.

This is a great place for lunch! Everything was clean, everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. We had the Rueben and the Club. Both were amazing. The potato salad was also great. I would highly recommend you trying it for yourself.

This is it. All the meat you get on a piece of soggy bread. Taste like something we used to make during desperate times in my younger days with a microwave cheese and store bought turkey. Definitely do not recommend this location. You would get a better bang for your buck going to firehouse or subway. First time every trying and last time. The fruit bowl was the best part.

The rampant incompetence of this location is astounding. This ordeal begins with their online ordering constantly being down. Furthermore, items online are marked not available at this location when they actually are (I know this because once the online system failed I ordered in person).
Fast forward to this particular order, I ordered a pick two with a baked potato and a salad. This order was a to go. In what conceivable universe is it a good idea in food service to put hot food in the same box as cold food?! At first I thought I was missing an item, so I came back inside. One of the employees insisted it was packed and asked me to bring in my bags of food to check. Upon my closer inspection I found the salad and potato in the same box. The employee insisted this is “how it has always been done” (which it has not, after going to McAlister’s in multiple states and locations). Meanwhile the person who I can only assume was acting manager stood there slack jawed in the back window.
I understand there are limited options in Columbus but the lack of thought and customer service is amazing. Please do better.

My sister and I stopped here to eat an early lunch. Qua was the lady who took our orders, and she was kind, informative, and patient when answering our questions about menu items. Ashley was our server, and she was attentive and kind. She refilled my Diet Dr. Pepper and was eager to help us. She was also fun to talk to. Our food was GREAT! I had a chicken club sandwich with delicious soup as my side. My sister had a baked potato with potato salad as her side. She said her food was great, too.

The experience and food weren’t BAD, just mediocre. The baked potato I ordered with “extra jalapenos” came out with less than 10 slices of jalapenos and the skin was just shy of burnt. The inside of the potato was fine, but I couldn’t even cut the skin with a fork to eat any of it. I used to enjoy McAlisters (in multiple cities, and ate at the original location in Oxford, MS often during college). Over the years, the quality of the food has gone downhill, and now it’s just another place we eat at only when there is something particular that we want from there.

I really could not say anything more. The staff really knocked it out of the park today. We were greeted at the door and served quickly. The lady who took our order was so kind and polite! Our food came quickly. The area was extremely clean and although busy, they were clearing and cleaning tables efficiently. Management should be proud of themselves and their staff. Wonderful experience. 🙂
