I ordered a pizza a couple of months ago and I have been going back-and-forth from the store to the customer service to a robot. This is crazy. I want a refund after waiting three hours for my pizza when it finally came. It was dry stuck to the box and just very cold and chewy and then the driver had a nerve to ask me for a tip. Yeah, here’s your tip. Don’t take on so many deliveries.

We haven’t bought any Domino’s Pizza in a very long time; however, we gave them a try tonight and ordered online and picked up a thin crust Hawaiian & a thin crust chicken & mushroom pizza. We were very pleased with the service and the pizza.

I’ll be honest, I’ve had some very bad and slow service at this location over the years, but it must be under new management or something because recently, I had fantastic service. When we went to pick up our pizza, they explained the first pizza they made didn’t have enough toppings and they were remaking it for us. We waited for a bit with free soda and we got to take both pizzas home. Both were delicious. Friendly and professional. I think they’ve turned a corner, would recommend.

My wife ordered a gluten free veggie pizza. She got sick after 1 slice. We thought it was due to something she ate earlier in the day. Day 2, had another slice and was sick again. Pizza went into the trash. Not sure what was bad on the pizza, but I will never order from this restaurant again! Eat at your own risk!!!!

Ordered from this Domino’s Pizza last night. The box is stuck to the bottom of the pizza. No one will answer the phone when we tried to call just kept getting the phone message loop. This has been the worst experience ever.
