It’s giving sloppy, yuck! All I wanted was the lunch special but I received something less appealing. This is a new location, I’m talking opened 2026 new… and they are already a failing location. At least be great into one year after opening the store, geesh Store was a little crowded for lunch time but it was plenty of people in the back. The lady upfront was very pleasant but the way she was throwing the pizzas into the box and closing the top in on the pizza made her look very unskilled. The first pizza was handle so rough, she closed the box in on the pizza so when I opened my pizza to check it, the cheese pulled off with the box top. She half cut the pizza and it the pizza looked like it had been kicked aroind in the box when it only traveled from the pan, to the box, to the counter. Now I’m in a funky mood, but I stayed calm, I said the pizza doesn’t have to be perfect for me to consume it. I took it and left before I changed my mind. I mean the lady was nice but she was cutting corners and it wasn’t a good look on her or the food
On my way home and I took a bite and it was dry as a brick, like wth!
I couldn’t do it, I have hit my limit. I called store and told them I was headed back…took my 10mins to stop in my tracks and head back. I get there and she boxing up a remake and it was the same. I opened the box to see she had cut into the crust of my pizza again and this time noone else was even in the store so why was she rushing⁉️ This pizza had a glob of sauce on one slice out of the four, and cheese that wasn’t melted which means it wasn’t done. I mean I don’t know the exact time for the pizza to cook but it was deep dish soooo I feel like more than 10mins would be in order…then again never worked in a pizza shop so idk. I wish I could add a photo because what they promote compared to what I got….it’s not the same quality. I just took the remake and left, I had wasted to much time on this situation already and it wasn’t getting better. This location just offers poor quality. I get way better food from the location on Delk Rd or even Tara blvd. But this store needs to do better….already. Being careful with people food, cooking it all the way, or even providing the right amount of pepperoni/ sauce/ cheese should be the bare minimum for each order.

Horrible Pizza was not fresh over cooked,stale as seen in video been to this location in the past a had great service but today was extremely bad i would give no stars i even told them about how great my last visit was not even knowing they had a dry stale pizza in my box. Wouldn’t recommend unless you order when you arrive sit and wait for you pizza to ensure its fresh. Best advice i can give hope if you go you have great service but highly unlikely.

I have visited your new Riverdale location several times. I’m excited you’re here and I am pleased with the great staff and fresh hot food. The manager today,( I forgot her name, pretty makeup with braids)was extremely pleasant and professional. The leaders set the tone in the building. Her service today set the bar. Great Job Team Riverdale!!!!!

The staff was polite. There were only 2 people working and only 2 people in line before I placed my order. I asked for 2 hot n ready cheese pizzas but took nearly 20 minutes. The only reason my rating isn’t lower is because the staff was polite.

Employees shouldn’t be allowed to have there kids running through the store while they are on the clock!! Don’t even know her name but the light skinned woman with Gray hair that works there need to be fired!! She has a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE! And she has her Kids running around in the back of the store and I saw her daughter jump on the Counter to get Hot sauce for the food she was eating ! I asked can I get my food made fresh and she proceeded to get loud telling me she just took it out the oven when I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and the pan was sitting on the counter before I walked in? So how did she just take it out the oven! Where do yall find these ppl! Health and food Violations all over the place!!

First off I visited this location today at 5:40 & the guy in the back was prepping pepperoni with no gloves on and then I asked the young lady in the front why he putting pepperoni on pizza with no gloves she took a deep breath with a attitude like some body cared like why is she asking me .?s that’s the attitude she gave me then she turn around and said can u put some gloves on but the attitude she gave me with no smile was disrespectful cus she don’t know who I could’ve been first off we just left

9/24- New workers took over location. Service has improved slightly. Old Review- Not worth the stop! Long waits, unexcited employees and SLOPPY pizzas. “Maybe hot, NEVER ready!” Sad, sad, and sad! The service is no, no, no. Not polite, not inviting and not fast. This pizza is not what you looking for from Little Caesars. The store isn’t kept up properly. Many store locations around. Take my advice, skip this one! Only two stars: 1st for being open and 2nd for employing our youth.
