Great food and service! The hot subs were especially good. The bread felt artisanal. Crispy yet soft. Highly recommend the Chicken Parm and Steak and Cheese Subs. The pizza is delicious also.

The entrees are second to none. Great Italian food. I highly, highly, highly recommend the carbonara. Had it many times among other dishes. Service is fantastic and they will be d over backwards to give you what you want. The atmosphere is low key sandwich shop style seating. Don’t let that fool you. Try something other than the pizza, which is phenomenal too. You’ll fall in love with the vibe.

Stopped in for lunch while waiting on my appointment at the RMV and the perfectly crisp slices cured me of the despair induced by the morass of the RMV.
The best two slices of pizza I’ve had in recent memory – just a cheese and margherita but it made my day. Will definitely come back next time I’m on the Cape. Worth the drive from Barnstable for sure.

I did take out so can’t speak for the Atmosphere but the gentleman working today is very pleasant and has a great demeanor. Got a large plain cheese pizza and it was excellent. Great taste and texture. First time here and I will be back and recommend to friends. Thank you.

overall a great meal-wouldn’t recommend eating in though! place is in a strip mall and super small. not dirty or anything, just perfect for take out. food was still pretty hot when we got home.
pizza was loved by everyone, mushroom and broccoli pizza had a good amount of toppings that did not disappoint.
the homemade pasta was so great, the sauce too! we also loved their chicken parm, cheese was nice and gooey and chicken was cooked great.
the one thing that did disappoint was the chicken parm sub. i didn’t have it, but was told it had very little sauce on it and was visibly lacking sauce. great place for when you want a quick and easy meal for home-that’s quite delicious too!

First of all – I went into the wrong location (Hyannis) thinking I ordered from the one next to my place of work! The man at the counter was very kind as he told me that I must have ordered my takeout from the South Yarmouth store – which is only 10 minutes down the road and actually closer to my house. He even called the S. Yarmouth location to make sure that they received my order and to make sure it would be ready for me when I arrived. When I got to the second restaurant, I could see someone at the counter from my parking spot. The person immediately knew who I was, and had been waiting for me. By the time I walked in the door, he was back from the kitchen and at the counter smiling with my pizza and calzone. My order was still piping hot, so I took a minute to chat and joked about first going to the wrong restaurant. The man (I unfortunately did not catch his name) took all the time in the world to talk to me, knew what I ordered and confirmed it verbally without looking at it on a screen or a piece of paper, and I could just tell that he really cares. As I was walking out, he said that since it’s my first time there, he wants me to be sure to let him know how the food was. I said “I will”! So that is what I’m doing here in this review. I am going to call them after I post this as well, to let them know that the food was PERFECT. I didn’t know how it would be, but I had been wanting to try a meal from F&L for a long time. I’m so glad that I randomly decided to try it today because it was just SO GOOD. My interactions with the people working at both places, along with the excellent food I just ate, have managed to put me in such a good mood! I will 100% be back to support this business and to try more of their cooking. Lastly, I just want to say that it was crystal clear to me that at both restaurants, there is a high standard of authenticity, quality, and service. It was very evident to me that everyone contributing their time and hard work to these restaurants, takes the utmost pride in their work and their passion for it really sets them apart. I can’t wait to visit them again. I absolutely loved the food and my whole experience was stellar. I can see why both locations have such excellent ratings and here’s another one to add! A++++++

Staying locally for a few days and we fancied pizza. Went with this one because of the 4.9 average review. That was a mistake. Went in and ordered 4 small pizzas for takeout, and were told it would be 25 minutes but actually took almost an hour. The place wasn’t even that busy! Pizzas themselves were ok but not great, ingredients missing from 1 but there was no way I was going back and waiting another hour. They were also getting cold after a 3 minute drive to our cottage, so I’m guessing that they had been made but not brought out to the front of the shop. Overall poor experience, really disappointing meal!
