First off. This place is super clean. I heard how good it was and had to try it. I was not disappointed The flavor was on point. I ordered medium and it was medium, but still plenty spicy not so spicy that you couldn’t eat it but spicy enough that it’s stuck with you for a couple minutes. The french fries were perfect

Margaret is the best, explained the menu so I had a great understanding of what i was gonna eat. She is so sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and comforting. The sandwich was bomb. From never liking coleslaw to i need it on every chicken sandwich. The tenders were so tender and the fries are the best. House sauce is perfect for dipping everything and anything. You cant miss the spice. Getting the 2nd hottest tender and even tho the flavor was there I wont be able to taste for a few hours. If I could rate this place higher I will.

I had the cheesy hot chicken sandwich. The chicken was good. It had nice flavor. The heat wasn’t too much but definitely have some napkins cause it was messy. The bun was way bigger than the chicken. They have crinkle cut fries, and they were the best crinkle cut fries I’ve had. The seasoning they use is fantastic. Everything was hot and fresh.

Hot and fresh. Friendly and very helpful service. The restaurant is clean with swanky decor and music. Great vibe. The slaw is a bit sweet, so you can get the sandwich without it if you dont like sweet. Also, the seasoning on the fries is a little sweet, but you can get them with just salt if you like. AND the hot is actually hot! The chicken is thick and could be a little moister but still good. Will definitely be back.

Margaret was absolutely amazing at the register. She was super nice and let us try samples of the different lemonade. She explained the menu to us with such a positive attitude. She was super easy to talk to. Also the atmosphere of this place is so chill. It is comforting just like the food!

I tried Houston Hot Chicken at a Spokane location last year and wasn’t blown away. Granted, it was partly my fault since I got the loaded fries and didn’t ask if there were pickles in the mix. Needless to say, there were and they were everywhere; I hate pickles. However, I decided to give the chain one more try at this new location, going in and taking a different direction, choosing the Southwest Salad and the Chicken Tortilla soup. I’ll just say that sometimes, second chances are worth it.
Both were beyond delicious. I was especially impressed with the soup. Soup from a fast food chain is usually just reheated, watered-down slop. However, as Chicken Tortilla is my favorite variety, I had to give it a whirl and it was beyond amazing! Seasoned well, rich, with a good amount of chicken, veggies, and tortilla strips in it. Is it the best tortilla soup ever? No, homemade is always preferable and many sit-down joints do it better, but for a fast-service chain, this could be the best soup I’ve ever had — period. I will enjoy it again, especially when the weather cools or I’m feeling ill. Highly recommended.

I dropped one star from atmosphere just because it’s that same built-from-a-box style of construction that everything is going towards these days; you can’t match the feel of an archaic Mexican restaurant from the eighties. Still, what truly mattered was spot-on and I will frequent the establishment again.

Mith place is amazing. We had a pleasure of having Megan help us on our first time in she was so amazing very knowledgeable able to explain the menu trust. So we understood. And recommended food? That was absolutely amazing. I’m pretty sure she made the food too. Witch is crazy lol Extremely clean even the men’s room!
