The pizza was not good at all to me. It looked undone with the toppings falling off as you took the slice out of the box. I had to put it in the air fryer and I will not be ordering again.

I was door dashing tonight, on Halloween. Everyone and their mother apparently wanted pizza. My dash order was 8 pizzas and the wait time was an hour and a half. I lost money being able to do other orders. But…this crew was working so hard. Not only dealing with call ins and online orders but walk-in customers and an abundance of door dash orders. They were being yelled at and customers were asking for refunds. They held their heads high and pushed through. Maybe next year people should consider cooking at 5pm on Halloween! Give these kids a break.

First timer here, when it comes to marcos pizza… The customer service was really good and the food was also … I purchased the large deluxe pizza and the chicken,bacon, ranch pizzoli… The flavors of the pizza and pizzoli was amazing… I’m definitely coming back to try other things… Marcos pizza for the win

Best pizza in town. Won’t deliver to us, because we live a mile outside their delivery area. That means we don’t order there as much as I would like. No comparison to Dominos. We have to actually drive in to town to have it. So it’s a little difficult, but still worth it. Prices are good. Crust is awesome.

Horrible customer service. Couldnt hear a word. Didnt know menu. Had to speak from another employee who also couldn’t hear. And wasnt listening either. And he hung up on me. No it was not a dropped call. Very rude behaviour and tone. Will never order from here ever. I have never been treated so bad my staff here. I order all the time from here. This is a condensed version of what actually happened. So add a few more rude and inappropriate behavior into the mix.

Had to cancel an order that wasn’t delivered after waiting for over 75 minutes …. Now waited over 10 days and STILL NO REFUND ON MY DEBIT CARD!!!! This is the worst most irresponsible place ever !!!! They care nothing about the customer and have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This is one of my top 3 go to pizza joints. Marco’s caters to take out and delivery customers. Not really set up for you to eat in the restaurant.
We live just far enough away that I can order a pizza online and by the time I get there it’s always ready. Every now and then we get a pizza that isn’t the best quality. But overall I really like this location.

I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Micah at Marco’s Pizza! He is by far one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walk in, his warm smile and infectious energy make me feel like I’m the most important customer in the room! Micah’s positivity is truly unmatched he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect, from offering great recommendations to making sure my order is exactly right. It’s rare to find someone who is not only professional but also genuinely kind and passionate about their job. His upbeat attitude and attention to detail always make my experience enjoyable, and I leave with a smile every time. You can tell that he cares about his customers, and that’s something you don’t see every day. I truly appreciate the consistency and warmth he brings every time I visit, and it’s the main reason I keep coming back! Plus the food is phenomenal!
