I use to LOVE coming here growing up. Every time i come to the mall this is what I want. The service has been rude. I miss the old management. I miss the old bbq pork. They never have it ready and im here EVERY Tuesday, ordering the same thing, ive had to wait over an hour even though they have been open for 2. Every week it gets worse.

This is by far the worst experience and food i have ever had, food was terrible, orange chicken taste like oily goop, chow mein has a smoky plain flavor, egg rolls were hard and cold, bbq pork was fatty and had some flavor but overall cold and underwhelming, server basically dumped my bag in front of me and walked away after i ordered. Some of the worst chinese food I’ve had in my life. I didn’t have much expectation because its a mall food court, and I was still disappointed.

Changed management from the past. Used to enjoy eating here growing up. Old ingredients, food was too salty. Rice tasted stale, mushrooms were all shriveled, and they gave a bunch of sauce. Best to go to the Panda Express nearby. Do better!

I can not believe this I went here on April 16 2024 and I ordered orange chicken and rice. 4 major major problems 1 service was not okay she rushed a lot 2 False advertisement she displayed the kids meal big but she only made it one big box to look big and 8.99 heck no 3 lack of freshness ok Its a mall food court but this is not acceptable it tasted stale and it was not even worm the thing did not even have lighting. 4 Overpriceness again with tax 10.91 for a box that looks like a tiny to go box. Happened on 04/16/24 Ok #1, the prices were insane 8.99 for a little teeny weeny to go box, not only that it tasted like it was 20 years old, also the service was bad, first of all she was not even in the building she was just in the back, also when I asked for Orange Chicken she told me to come over here to the other side, Why?. So If you to the West Valley Mall in Tracy I would consider picking something else in the food court

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Kevin’s poor customerexperience in front desk. After requesting to pack tofu, Kevin grabbed the bag while still processing the bill and told us to leave. Upon inspecting I discovered that all the eggplant had been packed, but not a single piece of tofu, despite had to be

Love their BBQ Pork and the sweet and sour chicken was good as well. Better than Panda Expess and I like Panda. Didn’t get 5 stars because it was $13 for rice and 3 entrées otherwise recommended

The food is not served hot, hardly even warm but the taste is not bad, just does not taste very fresh. My real concern is the cleanliness of the kitchen. The appearance from the customers perspective is that it is not well maintained. White paint applied in a sloppy way on door handles and that should not be painted and questionable cleanlyness.
