Your steak and chicken was the Worst meal I’ve ever had at Cracker Barrel.
Many good meals mind you. But not today. And I was treating myself as I had enough Points to pay the Cost of around $25.
Also, they don’t bring you jelly or preserves after 11 a.m. unless you Specifically request. Then only two packs.
Finally, the Only photo I shared was Everything Left Over from my meal. Tells the story.

Was greeted right away walking in the door. The service was good. The food was ok. The potato soup came out luke warm, we asked to have it warmed up and still when it was brought out still just warm. This wouldn’t happen if Brad’s wife was still working for CB.

I had the BEST experience at Cracker Barrel thanks to our waitress, April! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect always checking in with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed.
Honestly, April is the best server I’ve ever had anywhere! She made our visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be back because of her outstanding service. Cracker Barrel is lucky to have her!

We had a large party of 10, ages 10 to 102! Our waiters, Ely and Mahogany were wonderful! They treated us like royalry. The food was excellent, as always, but the service was beyond expectation. Thank you to this Cracker Barrel and their excellent staff for a delightful experience. This was our annual Cracker Barrel Christmas when we meet family from North Carolina, have lunch and then pull around back to exchange gifts and celebrate Christmas. We have met at the Exit 40 Cracker Barrel for about 8 years for this family tradition. Thank you once again for a wonderful day!!

I have been wanting to try the new onion petals as well as the BBQ smokestack burger but the past 2 times I had been was breakfast time. Today I made plans to go after 11 am so I could try them. I was very disappointed the onions petals were very greasy so I only has 2. The BBQ smoke stack burger was bad as well I’m not sure what kind of meat it was but it didn’t taste good at all I had a few bits and resigned to eating the fries even though they tasted like they were fried in old oil. The waitress April was very friendly though. When I went to pay for my meal they lady said we have candy on sail for dessert if you would like. I told her that my meal was by far the worst I have had at Cracker Barrel I explained the situation she apologized the other lady radioed some one and told them about the old oil. Needless to say my meal was not one I’d recommend to any one that was a 25.11 waste except for the tea it was the best part of the meal.

My breakfast was scrumptious! I ordered Momma’s Breakfast and the pancakes were exactly how I like them. I don’t like thick and fluffy pancakes, thin are way better! The syrup in the little jars are an adorable touch.
They lose a star because I wanted an iced latte as advertised in their menu but the coffee machine was apparently broken. The waitress also forgot my sausage that I asked for.
The ladies working in the retail area were all so sweet and quick to help or recommend something. You don’t get customer service like that anymore.
Don’t sleep on Cracker Barrel, the breakfast here is wholesome and delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

I wasn’t as excited about the food as I had been in the past. It wasn’t as favored my grand twins wanted the candy milk straws and they were out. The fried chicken meal was good. It had 4 pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy with Mac and cheese. The other three meals we order were just okay. Still love the store always have beautiful gifts. They might be a little expensive but beautiful and one of a kind.

I have been coming to this place for several years now and I understand that at times mistakes are made but they always strive to do better and if I have a issue (which is rare) they quickly resolve any problems. I see quite often people will leave a bad review because of one thing that went wrong instead of actually giving them a chance to do better. For me this is one place that I can consistently get good food with great service at a fair price! Even when the so called pandemic hit this place continued to give out the best service that was possible!

If you’re looking for a meal that’ll really “barrel” you over, then Cracker Barrel in Piedmont, SC is the place to “gravy-tate” toward! I told my wife I was egg-cited to eat here, but she said, “Don’t bacon promises you can’t ketchup!” Well, after dining here, I can honestly say this place is “un-brie-lievable”—I’m not “waffling”!
Let’s start with the service—these folks are so friendly, I thought I’d stumbled into a “greet” expectations novel. Our server was so attentive, I half-expected her to offer a refill on my gas tank, too. She delivered our food so fast, I wondered if she had a “biscuit” up her sleeve. If you’re looking for Southern hospitality, this staff has it “corn-breaded” into their DNA.
Next up: the food. Oh, “my ham and cheese!” The biscuits are so fluffy, I tried to use one as a pillow. The chicken and dumplings? So good, I wanted to “drum-stick” around for seconds. And don’t get me started on the hashbrown casserole—it’s the “cheddar” way to start your day! I ordered the pancakes, and let’s just say, they were “stack-tacular.” My syrupy grin was stuck on my face longer than a stubborn jar lid.
And let’s not forget the gift shop. I spent so much time browsing, my wife said I was “crackering” under the pressure. From quirky socks to classic candies, it’s a “barrel” of fun. I almost bought a rocking chair, but I didn’t want to “rock” the boat at home. If you leave empty-handed, you’ve missed the “presents” of mind!

Great supper tonight on the way home to Atlanta. Meatloaf dinner tasted great and a generous portion. Grilled chicken so tender and flavored perfectly. Sofia R made sure our food was served quickly and out yea was always full! Thank you!
