We didn’t dine in, as we were just grabbing a “quick something” to eat on the road.
That being said, my overall impression of this place was cozy (due to its smaller size), with a hip industrial vibe.
There is also a garage door that can open onto their outdoor seating area, in warmer weather (today being November 7, it’s a chilly 37 degrees).
Hubs and I shared the Harbor crepe, which was absolutely delish. Diced grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar, and spinach, with espresso barbecue sauce. The crepe itself was nicely done; tender, with just enough substance to hold its filling together while we ate it.
I called in our order for pickup, so I didn’t get a huge amount of interaction with staff, but the gal who rang up my order was very courteous and friendly.
We plan stop in again on our next trip, when we aren’t in a hurry to get home.
NOTE: The bistro is inside the hotel, just to the left of the entrance. There isn’t a specific sign outside, but once you’ve been there, it’ll stick with you. IYKYK

I honestly can’t stop thinking about how good the crepes were, and how good of a deal it was! The variety of crepes available reminded me of a high end brunch spot, but with amazingly affordable pricing. I feel like if I were to see options like these on a menu somewhere in a larger city I wouldn’t be surprised to pay twice as much. The “Cedar” was savory and silky with perfectly balanced flavors and serving size that left me completely satisfied. This was a perfect breakfast.

Stopped for some breakfast and coffee, it is attached to the hotel so dont get confused. Just walk into the front entrance and theres a couple places to sit and eat. The coffee was super good and flavorful! The crepes were delicious but not super filling, maybe adding eggs or something else in addition wouldve been good! Otherwise the atmosphere was cute and cozy, loved the open garage door with the mosquito netting. Was able to still feel like i was outside.

We were so excited to find this place! We visit Grand Rapids often, but struggle to find spots to have drinks that stay open past 8 or 9. The bar’s indoor space is small, but is clean and beautifully decorated. They have the bar from the old Cedars Restaurant and booths from the Rainbow Inn, so there’s lots of local nostalgia.
The patio is spacious and very comfortable! There are beautiful gas fire pits and a large TV.
We had some really great beers and the service was excellent and friendly. We had already eaten when we went, but will have to go back another time. The crepes looked delicious!

Super unique and cute spot. We stopped on the way home for a quick snack and coffee. The crepes were wonderful and the coffee hit the spot. I wish we could have stayed the night. Service was fast and friendly.

Came here yesterday morning… Crepes were great.. both savory and sweet crepes. Fresh, fluffy and warm. Soft n chewy, and not the crispy type which I don’t prefer.. cappuccino was teeny tiny. Oh well. Still good in flavor. The chai was okay. Warm and small ambiance, neat spot, I can see why people would stay here at the hotel. You can run downstairs and grab crepes.. who wouldn’t love that?
