For the most part, the service and my pizzas are pretty good! Only things are sometimes my pizzas don’t come with extra sauce and cheese yet rare and I think the pizzas have gotten better though, next I and others who have called don’t get the store directly and I personally recently witnessed and elderly man who dealt with that issue and the apparently did the order at all and he came for a pick up so he had to redo the order at the counter and sit and wait so they really need to naked sure calls can go directly to the store since it’s had me confused a few times as well so far but I only use the app to order which leads me to my last note, I’ve only called 1-2 times when they first opened so that I could ask them to take out my pizza about a minute sooner since it would just b slightly over cooked a couple times but I don’t usually have that problem anymore which leads me to my last note, more times than not, my brownies are almost always slightly overcooked which makes them a little hard and especially for the caramel pieces inside and this most recent time they were quite overcooked but went back and had remade free and were close to perfect so I have called lots of times to ask to take them out sooner and sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn’t so ultimately they really seem to need to find a way to make sure to change the time those cook for just 1-2 mins less and let revery cook know as well cuz I get them every thing with pizza and it’s a problem 85% of the time unfortunately cuz those are my fave and I’d b sooo much happier and they’d always pretty much b perfect other than that!

Was very disappointed with the 5-7 person crew at this Dominos! I was the only customer there, literally every crew member looked at me as I stood at the counter for at least 5-8 minutes to pick up a carry out order. Not even one of them said a single word. Finally a crew member came walking out from the back of the restaurant carrying her delivery bags and I was able to make eye contact and asked her if there was a bell, signal or something that I needed to do to get waited on. She mouthed “I’m so sorry”, and got a young man’s attention to get my order. Do better Dominos and let these employees know, that when someone has to drive 7-10 miles to pick up (delivery not available, which is moot at this point) an order, and walks in the store, they get waited on. This was unethical!!!

I got a carryout order from this new location for the first time tonight and I was really impressed. The pizza was really good. My ONLY complaint, if you can even call it that, is that they didn’t cut the pizza very well. Not a big deal at all though especially considering how good the food was.

This place has been great so far. Domino’s is really good when done right. We stopped using the Andover location ages ago because they consistently fouled up orders and it just didn’t taste as good as it should when right. This location messed up one of my orders of cheesey bread and since I’m super picky my husband took it back. They immediately remade it and had him just keep the mistake. My husband had to make an extra trip but was not too bothered since he got to eat the mistake himself. Other than that everything has been hot, fresh, and made well. I got sick so I didn’t cook for over a week and this has been our go-to and I feel like we have a good feel for the place now. Pizza Hut is a lot closer to me but if they keep this up I will happily keep driving past pizza hut heading for Domino’s when the cravings hit. Just please don’t do like almost every other place that opens in Augusta and quit caring. Y’all are so much better than the hut as it stands right now. Keep up the great work, great pizzas, and great customer service. You have earned our business and we want to keep it that way. Thank you!
Edit… PS. Just adding, please, make sure the “extra toppings” have extra I ordered an extra beef for a Philly style. There was a maximum of 3 pieces of shaved beef per slice. Still the pizza was excellent and we didn’t return it because that was the only thing wrong. I do love that this place is still amazing even if the order slips sometimes. My hunny was even surprised how good my version of pizza toppings was. We will be trying again for sure! Actually. We have been ordering once a week trying new pizzas and different styles the deals on the app are so good . If anyone thinks this is pricey, download the app and it is cheaper than 2 burger meals. That’s a couple pizzas mind you. Remember when pizza was the expensive take out?? I have eaten more pizza the last two months than I think I have any given year in the last 20. Y’all are amazing, keep it up, but dont forget the extra

I have come here a lot since they opened up shop. I have probably made in the range of 25 orders and I can say that there is no better Domino’s Pizza Staff than in Augusta Kansas on Ohio Street Road. I have had one personal issue with one pizza order here and they promptly and politely took care of the issue and I have nothing but good things to say to this staff. Class A group of entrepreneurs. I know anyone coming here for pizza is going to feel the same way themselves.
