The AI ordering through the drive thru is horrible. Told me the wrong total and doesn’t get the order right if you want something left out of an item. Used to go here alot but won’t anymore as long as I have to talk to a robot.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but just in case you wanted to stop here, I suggest double checking your order before you leave. I ordered the potato olés scramble with steak and a Dr. Pepper. I got some kind of diet soda and they put bacon on my scramble, which sucks because I can’t even pick it out.

Just picked up my order that I placed on the app. Tried to customize my food and in order to do it I had to choose between paying for extra toppings or get less toppings, no option for regular. All 3 of our meals had custom toppings and every single thing except the potato ole’s was wrong. My son’s taco still had lettuce on it after I paid extra customizing it just to remove the lettuce and mine wasn’t supposed to have sour cream yet it had extra sour cream. It’s nice to know I just wasted $40 on food that we couldn’t even eat. Maybe employees should start having their pay docked for events like this.

This place is very clean with friendly & fast service. I was disappointed in the potato oles my favorite part, they were so extremely salty that we couldn’t eat and we purchased a large order. Tacos where ok expect a small portion of meat and cheese and lots of lettuce. The price is expensive versus taco bell.

I got some taco johns on my way to work. ill say i was completely satisfied with my experience! I believe the gentleman taking my order was Tim. He greeted me with “hello welcome to taco johns, can I interest you in a chicken quesadilla combo today?” when approaching the drive thru i was on the fence about weather i was going to get the quesadilla or the double soft shell combo. this was incredibly helpful to my indecisiveness! and the woman at the window was sooo friendly! she had a smile on her face the entire time. this experience made my day better. and i got a tripple olè which made me smile

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Taco John’s absolutely deserves it! From the moment I walked in, everything was on point—the place was spotless, the staff was super friendly, and my order came out fast and fresh.
Let me just say, these were the best Potato Olés I’ve ever had—crispy, seasoned perfectly, and piping hot. The tacos were loaded and flavorful, not skimpy like some other locations I’ve been to. You can really tell the team here takes pride in what they’re doing.

Food was as expected. My family loves the potato Oles. The food was fast to come out as well. The fruit punch drink must’ve been out of order because even after asking an employee to change the syrup it was still watered down.

We’ve been at this place a few times and though it’s usually a pleasant experience there was a worker that stood out. Dan, was super nice, smiled and made sure everyone felt welcomed. The service was great and fast and he even made sure everything was going gnome well with out meal, it was busy too so it wasn’t like he had the extra time but he made time and made sure people felt appreciated. Thank you!!

Store is clean, staff is friendly! The food had two hardshell tacos and two soft shell tacos! Both were hot and fresh… I’d like the hot sauce they have in store and I usually take one container per taco! Next time I’ll try their street tacos

This store no matter how many times I order and read it back and have to correct them still do not get the order correct. probably the 4th time my order has been wrong in the past year. how hard is it to literally put no lettuce on a taco, its actually less work. come on guys. -disappointed taco lover
