I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Everyone was so nice. First time and the food was really great. I got bacon melt with jalapeño chick salad. AMAZING! Pasta salad was good as well. I also got a piece of white chocolate cake and it really huge piece and very good as well. I will be back.

I have gone here 3 times. Every single time the order is right, delicious, and I have ZERO complaints. I decided to eat here because I wanted a healthier option. This place knocks it out the park. My friend and I have tried several of the chicken salad options (which are all amazing) but my personal favorite is the Fruity Fran. I got the two scoop meal and the sandwich meal and the chicken salad just makes the sandwich meal. Their broccoli salad is perfectly balanced between sweet and healthy. The award winning side is the grape salad. I could eat that for a generation and not get tired of it. If y’all are looking for a fresh, healthy option that kills it every time, this is the place for you!

I have always enjoyed this restaurant, the food is amazing! Today, I had such a wonderful experience. I placed a large order online for an important meeting today, but scheduled for tomorrow on accident. When I showed up, the ladies at the counter didn’t blink an eye, they put their efforts together and got me out the door in record time with my order. They even did it all with smiles on their faces. I appreciate each one of you! Thank you! If you haven’t already tried chicken salad chick…make it happen. Try the grape salad too! It’s delicious!

This was my first visit to a Chicken Salad Chick, I had to let the very nice lady at the front counter that it was. She was very sweet and took her time to explain it all to me. She took my order and gave me a number to put on my table. With in a few minutes I had my meal. Since it was my first time I just ordered the regular flavor. Let me tell you in was really good. I can’t wait to go back and try the different flavors next time. Please guys don’t think this place is just for the ladies it’s really great and really feeling. Take the short ride to one of their locations and enjoy the best chicken salad

We drove out from BR for lunch here and were disappointed that they were out of pimento cheese, out of cake, and even the sweet tea dispenser was empty. The staff up front were really nice, but twice forgot chips that came with our meals. As far as the restaurant, several of the tables had not been bussed and had crumbs on them as well as food on the floor.
But the food here is usually pretty good, which is a big plus along with the nice staff.

The food was good, but the workers were very rude. One girl with black hair and a white jacket had a major attitude the whole time, bumped into me without saying a word, and then when she brought us our food just tossed the plates onto the table. I get being stressed when it’s busy, but there’s no reason to act mad at customers for simply ordering

8.13.22 @4pm – I saw this little spot off the freeway today, and I was super ecstatic because I read SALAD! Silly me, it’s not a tossed/ composed salad place with Caesar, garden, or Cobb salads. It’s more of a bound salad place, meaning the chicken salad is like a tuna salad (mayonnaise as a binding agent). I was “hangry” and craving a Cobb salad, so I didn’t realize it was advertising chicken salad that’s like tuna salad until I was already fully committed to trying this restaurant. Nevertheless, I did find a few traditionalossed salads on the menu, so I was somewhat pleased. I ordered the Classic Salad, which comes with one scoop of any variety of their chicken salads (quite a nice variety). I choice Olivia’s Old South thinking the eggs advertised in this would appease my Cobb salad craving. No, I did not taste eggs at all. I choice poppy seed salad dressing. The meal was tasty, but I’m just not a big fan of chicken salad, which is odd because I love tuna salad. The tossed salad consisted of lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes, but nothing else. The portion size was just ok. There was also a pickle spear and a mini buttercream frosted cookie. The mini cookie was extremely good. Overall, I would eat here again, but it would not be my top choice. The customer service was very good, and the wait time was reasonable. $9.64 was the total.
