You have to drive around the whole shopping complex to reach the drive through (no signs). The service is kind of slow and I honestly wouldn’t go to this drive through late at night either. The location isn’t ideal.
Anyways, just know that Popeyes no longer has any shrimp options.
The honey bbq wings and the red beans & rice were both good. They forgot my biscuit so of course I was annoyed by that.

I was thoroughly impressed with how fast my order was ready until I got home to sit down and enjoy. The food (fries & tenders) were cold (live 3 mins). Lemonade with no ice tasted like water. And the 6 piece buffalo wings had wings with buffalo powder sprinkled on top. So only the top wings had powder not the bottom (besides the fact we expected buffalo wing sauce and not powder, oh that’s right …. Rub! Check your food before you pull off and YES sip your drink as well!

this popeyes is honestly good in taste wise, but everything else is ridiculous horrible. the customer service with the lady with the short cut hair that normally be at the registered, she’s normally polite. the wait time just for you to get your food is definitely is over 30 minutes, most of the workers doesn’t prep orders in the order it should be so it takes longer because they’re confused and when you do get your food items still be missing or wrong.

Horrible experience at 10:30 I. The morning. Jem the supervisor and the cashier who she told me is her best, explains why a place could lose customers. Extremely rude when trying to order instead of expressing the menu has changed she just repeat the same thing rolling her eyes. I asked for a manager she took off her name badge and called herself telling me off also (the manager)Not knowing I was coming to give a review. Need better management for a better business. I still love Popeyes just not that one.

worst fast food place ive ever been too. took 40 minutes to get 2 sandwhiches and a cup of mac and cheese. watched the employee pick up my ticket three seperate times put it down and then do something else. People were ordering 15 minutes after me and getting their food first. the employees had 0 customer service too
