Finding a good gluten free bakery is difficult. But to finally find an INCREDIBLE one.. this is the one.
We only have a gluten allergy in our family, but they cater to multiple allergies. Everything looks amazing, the smells were delightful and their customer service is top notch.
My husband got to enjoy the Cuban Reuben and a Primo Pepperoni.
It’s also a super well thought out location. Their brand is perfect.
Only downside is that we are from out of town, but we will be back!!

First of all I dont live in Vegas, if I did, this place would have all my money. This timei visited, I picked up a jalapeño everything bagel, a hot cinnamon roll, and a PB Coco Swirl cheesecake. ALL were lovely, flaborful, and resonably priced. My last visit there I grabbed a pizza. If you have food allergies, are Keto, or just looking for some outragious tasty goodies….this is the place to visit. If its your first time they give you the run down on how they are able to commit to a fabulous mission. I will be back in a few months…just to visit their new location. . (In the same shopping center)

Amazing place!!! Stopped here on our vacay in Vegas several times! Delicious breaksfast sandwiches/bagels, pizza, we got some baked goods, ice cream, iced coffee and their pesto is amazing!! Being celiac and gf it’s hard to find a place safe to eat so this was a gold mine. It’s a dedicated gf restaurant so no cc risk. My husband and others non gf love everything as well! The owner and the guy that works here are incredibly nice people and took the time to talk to us while we stopped in and great with requests. Love the retro vibes it’s really nice! Worth it every time ! Will be making a point to come back next time we travel out there.

I have been to Vegas a few times but my schedule never lined up to visit Starburst Parlor. As a keto girl, I have been absolutely wanting to try their treats. My fiance was in Vegas for work and brought me some treats- they were packaged with care and there was some extra biscottis!! Delicious and the best find ever. Highly recommend for anyone low carb. The owner is a GEM -made sure i got my delivery and followed up. Support this small business!!

This place is amazing!! I got the best best best service ever. I only heard of them recently from a video online and heard they had keto cinnamon rolls! Which was perfect because after a recent diabetes diagnosis we thought we were done with desserts/carbs. I called and immediately got the most friendly, most accommodating service I’ve ever had. I can’t stress enough how helpful they were. I wanted to order delivery and not only did they text me a link to order online, they also specifically added cinnamon rolls to the online options just so I could order
I asked for a happy birthday message, I didn’t expect anything other than them maybe writing it on the box or on a small note (that would have been great too!) but they went above and beyond and instead added a perfectly cute Happy Birthday topper (very good size one!!)
They kept me updated on the delivery, and even followed up to make sure everything got here okay.
And now finally for the good part!!! The cinnamon rolls arrived perfectly warm, and were sooooo sooo good. Soft and sweet and the best cinnamon roll I’ve had (keto or not!) . The box they were delivered in also had a QR code with nutritional facts of a lot of their menu items.
Because of that QR code I’m already planning my next visit ! :))

What an amazing find! When you first walk in, you’re greeted by the staff who will ask about any dietary restrictions or allergies since the products are made with different ingredients. Everything is keto friendly and gluten free and as someone who is a diabetic and on a keto diet, I feel like I’m not cheated on any sweets or pizza. The pizza cures my craving and the desserts are perfectly sweet and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back

I have not eaten a bagel in years because of being gluten free and keto. This bagel breakfast sandwich with pesto was such a treat! The portion is huge and full of flavor. For one sandwich, it was $16.99 but considering everything you get with it, the price is appropriate. Not to mention everyone is so friendly and explains the menu and ingredients thoroughly. We will be back!

I tried this bakery in an effort to find bakery goods that didn’t contain sugar or added sugar. This bakery specializes in baked goods and foods created without using cane sugar. They use Allulose and Stevia and other natural sweeteners. I tried the waffle, egg and turkey bacon with cheese, the Unicorn Blood tea (contained Elderberry, and hibiscus) with whipped cream an old almond milk, the Red Velvet cupcake and a Chocolate chip cookie topped with pistachio. When I say I have found my new bakery, I truly mean it! If you’re a first-timer, they take the time to make sure you know about their products and how they are made. They also ask if you have any allergies, just in case you may have a nit allergy or any other food type of allergy. They made me feel very welcomed and didn’t rush you to make a selection. It was a refreshing experience. They also serve ice cream, but it’s not made with sugar. I tried some, and it was delicious as well. I really don’t think you can make a bad choice from anything on their menu. It’s a unique bakery, with a very retro style, and I love it! If you’re looking for a different kind of bakery or want to avoid sugar, this is an excellent choice! I’m certainly going back!
