I visited this restaurant thinking it would have the same menu as the regular location, but it turned out to be a different menu, which was already a bit confusing. I ordered two combos: one with a sandwich, fries, a drink, and a dipping sauce, and another combo with 10 wings, fries, a drink, and ranch.
When I received my order, it only included one order of fries and just one ranch. I went back to let them know, and they gave me the missing fries and ranch. However, when I got home and opened the order, I realized the sandwich was missing. I had to call the restaurant and let them know I would return to pick it up.
My recommendation is that they pay closer attention when preparing and packaging orders to avoid these kinds of issues and inconveniences for customers.
