I ordered delivery and the pizza was barely sliced and the cheese was a mess. I tried calling several times and no one answered so I went to the store to ask for a refund and they said they couldn’t do any refunds because there was no manager there. They remade my order, and it was even worse. The pizza was burnt and the cheese was still a mess, and the garlic parm breadsticks were just tossed in the box without a tray with the garlic butter tossed on only part of the breadsticks. Also when I went in, none of the workers making the food were wearing gloves. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was so bad…

Wanted to try the new deep dish pizza out. They messed my order up by not paying attention to the requests made online. He went to go remake the order because it should have been light sauce. The person eating it has acid reflux. Well he put light sauce and cheese to the point I can see mainly bread on the entire pizza! Why are people like this?! Clearly it’s advertised with a nice amount of cheese to where the pizza is covered. He doesn’t wash his hands and touches the register then straight to make pizza. Like what?! Entire meal wasted, I refuse to feed my family that. We should get what we pay for not less because you’re mad you didn’t pay attention to detail. Never again.

I ordered delivery and submitted for cash payment, where it says drivers carry $20 bills for change. My order was $40 and was going to tip $20 from a $100 bill. The driver pulls up and was from door dash, with absolutely no change on them. So I had to give them the $100 for a $40 order. I will make sure to never order from this location ever again.

Went here at 10 30pm, tired and ready to eat and had the best experience and conversation ive had at any fast food place with Kent the GM. He made great suggestions and made our visit so exciting and memorable, never going to another location ever again. He deserves a raise, W Kent.

Bunch of kids using no gloves or protective hair nets preparing the pizzas. The app said the food was ready and when I got there, had to wait 10 more minutes. Pizza was super thin and barely had any ingredients on it.

Worst Papa John’s is All of STL needs to be shut down never staffed no drivers never on time cancels 100 orders a day and the staff still rude I hate this location. I dont remember the last time they delivered on time or at all.

Kent the GM was amazing. He talked to us about our music/movie careers and urged us to keep going. He then wrote down our socials to play the music and started playing it in the store. He truly inspired us to keep pushing forward with our passions, nd the trainee there was extremely nice as well. Not to mention, the pizza was AMAZING. Kent was so nice and we will not forget this experience!

Soooo inconsistent! I love Papa Johns pizza, but after 4 of our last 5 orders were messed up my husband no longer wants to order from them. They completely got the order wrong tonight and when the pizza arrived two pieces were just sauce only somehow.
