First I want to say that the ice cream (chocolate peanut butter) was great but I give this a 2 star rating for horrible customer service. As soon as we walk in she tells us we have to wait a bit while she does some house keeping, then in so many words asked “what do you want”, she didn’t say those words but you could tell by her body language and attitude that’s what she meant. Then she tells my step mother she has to pay in cash with a $10 dollar bill or less… What?? Remember business owners it doesn’t matter how good your products are if your customer service is terrible, no one will want to come back…

This coffee shop has great coffee, the atmosphere is charming and peaceful! The owner Becky is such a sweet heart. I will choose to go here over other coffee shops when traveling this way in the future!

Great coffee in a cute little dockside shop. Serving Umpqua ice cream and delicious chocolates, too.

Ignorant & disrespectful owner needs to be put in her place. She left espresso grounds in my cup on purpose because she was mad. What an atrocious little dump she calls a business. Feel sorry for anybody who goes there. They must be hard up. The coffee was horrible I’m pretty sure she uses it from the day before if not even before that. She is sarcastic and unfriendly. Must be why there is no wedding ring.

good while I used the free WIFI to check/write email. The room with tables and chairs very clean. There is Art works on the walls, I assume for sale…..I wonder what happened to the first reviewer, maybe it has changed ownership….I would recommend this place to any visitor. As the second visitor said, I think it has changed ownership in their last year or so.

If i could give zero stars i would. I usually go to the other coffee shops in town but thought id go here today… you can tell the lady helping me (owner) clearly thought i was a torist and treated me horribly. Even if i WASN’T a local there is no reason to treat someone like that. Wouldn’t give me whipped cream after i asked, told me it was my fault cause i don’t know the size of my cup ( its a 20oz yeti, hard to mix that up,) just rude from the moment i walked in the door. I called her on it and told her she had bad customer service and she told me i can go to dutch bros. As long as she’s owning it i will never go back there.

The chai was okay but the espresso was terrible. Tasted both bitter and burnt. Milk wasn’t steamed well either.
