My wife and I just had a great dinner here at the Thai Garden in Duncan. We both had a dish we never had before and were very pleased with them both. Great flavor and noticeably fresh ingredients. Highly recommend and we will be returning. ❤️

So my Wife and I went VDay 2026. We planned on eating in, but decided to take our food home. Let’s talk about the food 1st We both got fried rice and sweet and sour chicken, and Spring rolls. I was very surprised at how juicy and tender the chicken was. Very good food!! Definitely will go again. Now the reason for the 4 star…the etiquette of service…very laid back atmosphere, which I understand, but I was hoping for more of a welcome service. Example: the waiter was very nonchalant in his approach to taking our orders. Every response was “no” or “yeah” or “sure”. Kinda off putting to say the least. Didn’t make us feel extremely welcomed, if you understand what I mean. My Wife and I are thick-skinned, but for a romantic VDay Dinner, it would’ve been nice to have more formal responses from the waiter.

Tried Thai Garden and ordered the yellow and green curry dishes along with Pad Thai. The curries were decent, but if you enjoy spice, definitely request “Thai spice”—the regular spice level had no heat at all. The Pad Thai was tasty but leaned on the sweeter side, again without much spice.
One major complaint: they really need to invest in proper takeout containers for the curry. Packing curry in tin foil is pretty ghetto, and it ends up leaking all over the rice.
A decent spot for Thai food, but I’d go for a higher spice level next time and hope they upgrade their packaging.

Come for lunch time for a deliciously prepared delectable Asian goodness. This place is Delicious! Basically put… great selections of courses & friendly staff. Ordered the steamed fish, duck, beef, & bbq chicken. Everything was exquisite, great balance of meats & veggies. Would definitely recommend a visit with your family.

So I haven’t had much Thai food in SC just because every time I have it’s been underwhelming. But last night I was craving it so we decided to try Thai Garden. I’m so grateful we did because the flavors were spot on, lots of fresh veggies, delicious noodles, and the meat was the perfect texture and flavor.
I’m big on Thai basil chicken and Pad Ke Mao (or drunken noodles depending on where you go). I went with the pad ke mao add a fried egg and got it medium with a side of extra chili. The medium had a little bit of heat so I added more chili, I think next time I’ll do hot (I have a decent heat tolerance just an fyi) if you don’t like heat you can get it without heat and add a side of chili if you want a smidge of heat.
The service was great, the lady who rang me up was so personable!
For two meals it was about $30 which is to be expected. I did get 3 meals out of it though so not a bad price at all.

Really good food. Service was excellent we got our food to-go. My wife thought the pad-thai was good. I got the drunken noodles they had good flavor. My son got the fried rice and it was OK it didn’t have enough flavor kinda American up.

Underwhelmed. Will not return. “To -Go” order for 2 chicken pad thai’s. For $12.95 each it was mostly noodles and a little chicken and portion size on the small size. Shrinkflation here. Waste of $27. If you want repeat customers, go for value. Our appetizer order was canceled since out of stock. No phone call to get something else. No accommodation for getting a substitute appetizer. Just poor service. bad service and cutting corners is a receipt for disaster. Impress customers and they will return, underwhelm and they won’t.
