That Starbucks is my absolut favorite Starbucks in the whole world… They know my name and everytime I walk in they already know what my go-to drink is as well as my go-to pastry I understand that there is a huge homeless population in the area but to their defense I see the workers treat everyone with the same respect and to me THAT integrity goes a long way…

With so many new coffee chains popping up these days, I hadn’t visited this location in a long time. Today, I decided to stop by and ordered a Venti Iced Vanilla Latte through the drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up to the next window, they handed me my drink right away, which honestly felt suspiciously fast.
Unfortunately, as I feared, the drink was completely different from what I ordered. I had asked for a single shot with 2% milk, but it was something else entirely. To be honest, it tasted worse than the vanilla lattes you’d get at 7-Eleven. I took two sips and threw the rest away.
I’m not sure if it’s just this particular location or if Starbucks as a whole has gone downhill, but it’s disappointing—especially considering I used to visit twice a day, every day. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt that people should know.
I sincerely hope Starbucks can return to the high quality it was once known for.

Placed an order for pick up at 3:57 pm and every employee is ignoring me making hand gestures after I tapped the glass which resembles milking a cow. They claim it means go to the drive thru (sad attempt at driving a car) but I clearly described mobile orders until 5 pm. A large man I believe with plugs pull’s all his strength together to walk a few steps to the window to explain further drive thru only at this point I rather drink a water bottle rather than having these nitwits mix lemonade and strawberries for my afternoon pick me up. Just thought I’d let you know don’t waste a trip at this location drive thru line was wrapped into the parking lot this is a busy intersection get it together employees.

I stopped going to this location last year as the area was full of homeless that would come up to the cars asking for handouts as well as street walkers waiting for their next call. This area has improved greatly since then but it’s still has many people just “hanging” around the property.

I got over charged 4 dollars for a pretty simple drink. I should’ve just double checked before I left, but I needed to get home. I wanted a venti hot caramel Brule lattee with oatmilk and an extra pump of the caramel sauce and I ended up with hot oatmilk and a hint of caramel 🙂 the order taker was friendly, but even after repeating myself, she still said it wrong. I don’t live in this area anyways, but something should probably change over here because it doesn’t look like I’m the only one with that issue.
