If I hadn’t eaten at a Jersey Mike’s I would shun the whole franchise. The only thing there was more of was bread- there was little and I mean VERY little chicken the cheese covered it up and hard to find. I will never eat at this location again. If the owners read this, you’re killing your business and ruining Jersey Mike’s for your area. Very disappointed with our food, your staff isn’t executing the subs the way they are made to be done.

It was amazing overall the staff was super nice and the food was yummy, i got the chicken bacon ranch and my wife got the club sub. The chicken bacon ranch was nice and hot and my wife said they added the perfect amount of oil and vinegar on her sub. The service was prompt and excellent 10/10. Return customer for sure!

Walked in and was immediately asked if I had a pick up order instead of greeting me. Order was taken in a very lackluster manner. I work in the service industry and usually don’t make poor reviews but I feel that I was treated pretty poorly. I still tipped on top of the amount for my takeout sandwich order and was treated a bit nicer when it was brought to me.

Ordered food at 5:42, said it would be ready at 5:57, arrived at 6:00, didn’t get food until 6:25 and judging from the drive thru and other customers inside, they weren’t busy. Food was good but service was terrible. When asked what taking so long I just got a blank stare and no reply. Won’t be back

The food is always good but there needs to be a better training program for the employees maybe. The people topping the sandwiches dont seem to know the menu well and our order toppings have gotten mixed up a few times now

Jersey Mike’s Subs are definitely better than the competition. The flavor is awesome and the bread is freshly baked each time I have ordered from them. The ingredients are top quality in my opinion and the staff is always friendly and nice. The atmosphere is awesome to be around. I highly recommend getting your next sub here.

Stopped by Jersey Mike’s in Youngsville tonight just 20 minutes before closing, and I was blown away by the exceptional service from the night shift crew. Despite the late hour, they welcomed us with genuine smiles and zero attitude – not even a hint of annoyance that we were coming in so close to closing time.
The staff was incredibly professional and hospitable, treating us like valued customers rather than an inconvenience. They took their time preparing our order with the same care and attention you’d expect during peak hours. This level of customer service is rare these days, especially so close to closing time.
The food was fresh and delicious as always, but it was really the outstanding hospitality that made this visit memorable. These employees clearly take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent service regardless of the time.
Thank you to the night shift team working on 6/12/25 – you absolutely made our evening! This is exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Got a Philly cheesesteak with jalapeños, 9/10. Service was nice, one of the girls were very knowledgeable. Total was $15 for regular Philly cheesesteak, 2 Miss Vickie’s chips, and large drink

I ordered a chicken salad today, and when I went to pick it up, I was told it was discontinued. The worker was so kind and understanding and allowed me to choose a different sandwich. The service was wonderful.

I ordered the Famous Philly Cheesesteak from Jersey Mike’s. It was hot and fresh, but for $17 (giant size), it was disappointing. There was only a single thin layer of meat—not nearly enough for the price. Since they don’t have a drive-thru, I had to call and place a pickup order. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how little meat was on the sandwich until I got home. If you’re going to order from here, I’d recommend going in person so you can make sure it’s made right. Pickup orders feel like a gamble.
