We used to have one of the best sonics around, but those days are long gone. The customer service and attitude is truly pathetic.. They may or may not have what you want probably not. But I guarantee they will make you jump through hoops to find out.

The ice cream machine stays out of service. To where its just a joke at this point… the meat taste old like it’s been left out all day and night. How do these places stay open being run this way.. your order will be wrong that’s the only consistency .. Do better!

The service is horrible. They allow you to sit in drive through for over 10 minutes till you give up and go to the window to be told that drive thru is out of order. Most of the employees there have bad and unprofessional attitudes and have a way of showing that they can care less about anything and that they are selfishly there to just get a paycheck. If you are a doordash driver, the order takes a while most times. And doordash orders with drinks are difficult when they hand you drinks with no holder and loose straws instead of putting the straws in bag. They also don’t seal doordash order bags. It is very inconvenient and extremely annoying with the employees choosing to close every stall that causes drive thru to be never ending and causes late doordash pickup and delivery. No matter how many employees you see there, you always wait forever and wonder why they need so many workers that can’t seem to get things moving in a timely manner. This town has very few places to go to get a quick meal, yet I find myself refusing to go to most including this one. Very sad that they can’t or won’t get things situated and corrected to at least TRY to stand out from the slim pickings of other places in this town of poor service and quality in experience within the food business.

the food is always good and hot but out of all the times i’ve been here, maybe two people that took my order seemed genuinely nice. and i can say this because i was a manager at another sonic for three years. the woman who took my order asked me “is that all? k here’s your total.” without giving me a chance to even respond. so needless to say, their customer service sucks and they definitely need some speaker lessons.

I stop here often for drinks and food. Yesterday morning I got some mozzarella sticks that were over cooked, we pushed the button and let them know and within a minute a girl came out and got the old ones and brung us new ones. Nobody was rude or had an attitude, everyone seemed to be doing a great job! Keep it up it’s been great here lately.

Unfortunately worst service and food today. They really need some help. I waited over 18 min but wasn’t in huge hurry so it was ok..But when people next to me who arrived after me were served I pushed button to check on order and the worker replied they were busy. I understood that but then 2 min later my food came out…cold. incorrect. I told the worker it was cold and he said four folks had quit. I felt sorry for that but wished they would have just remade it correctly or at least offerred after now was over 20 min. My no ketchup burger was covered in ketchup and soggy and cold. Tots cold. I believe it had sat in there a while.

I went here after work, preordered the food online to be picked up at 1005pm. Store doesn’t close until 11. I got there around 1002 pushed the button there were still workers bring food to cars and what not. At 1015 they were locking up. I kept trying to get their attention to tell them I wasn’t given my food and was ignored. Very disappointed and will not be back. Be aware of ordering from this place online!
