Great Indian food! The decor and design inside was stunning! All of the food is made to order and they can customize the heat level for each dish! The food is all fresh and they use locally sourced ingredients. The prices were very reasonable and they offer catering, pick up, and delivery options. Regarding the food details, everything was seasoned very well and all the dishes came out piping hot. My favorites were the Jalapeño Paneer, the Nawab‘s Fried Chicken, and the Chili Garlic Shrimp! The seasoning and crispiness of the fried chicken was a highlight for me, and I loved the sauce on the Jalapeño Paneer! I’m also obsessed with the Mango Lassi, the Chai Tea, and the Cheese Naan. I also tried some Osmania Biscuits with my tea which was a great combination! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The environment felt very welcoming and I cant wait to go back to try their samosas!

Nawab is a nice, clean place with a pleasant dining environment. The food experience was mixed. The chicken starter was tasty and well-prepared, but the lamb chops were disappointing in both flavor and overall execution.
Service, unfortunately, fell short. While serving the lamb chops, a piece was accidentally dropped on the floor. There was no apology, nor was the missing piece replaced, which was surprising and unprofessional.
Overall, the restaurant has a good setup and some decent food options, but service quality and consistency—especially for premium dishes—need improvement.

Harshi is amazing and very attentive to your needs, very great ambiance and wonderful customer service. Gives a tropical view especially the bar area. Drinks have reasonable prices. Food is provided in American Mild spiciness accommodating my daughter.

Owner should invest in putting more people to serve.
Poor Girls – There’s two of them and they are stretched thin.
They are responsible for managing the bar, serving the food, cleaning the tables, seating people, taking care of online orders and the list goes on.
How much can two people do?
They hardly have time to even take a breather!?
Why don’t You have more people working on weekends?
Why isn’t there a dedicated bartender ?
Why isn’t here someone at the reception to seat people?
Why are You pinching Your pennies?
I’m not sure – Sadly this is case with almost all Indian Restaurants. They are always understaffed while the Owners pocket the difference.
That’s my rant.
All in all – Great place!
Ambience is top notch.
Service is great – Just terribly understaffed and overworked employees.
Food is great – Love the Mutton Marag Soup – So close to authentic Hyderabadi – Trying the Haleem and Pulav today.

The Mutton Haleem and Street Style Chicken Pulav were phenomenal.
The chicken was extremely spicy and had a kicker to it. Simply loved it!
Great job with the food.
Finally – I hope the Waitresses receive their tips. Most Indian Restaurants pocket the tips and the people who work are only paid hourly. I really hope that isn’t the case.

Wow! What an experience. From the ambience to the service and finally to the food and drinks; all phenomenal. It was my wife and I’s first time here and I cannot wait to come back to try other items on the menu. If you’re in the area or even if you’re not Nawab’s is absolutely worth the stop, you will leave happy, full and ready for a nap.

Coming from the south, my wife and I are still quite new to Delaware and still haven’t found a really good and authentic Indian food restaurant. We came across Nawab’s Indian Cuisine through social media. Everything was spectacular from the minute we walked in until the minute we left. We ordered Mango Lassi (which my wife loved), Irani Chai, Masala Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Kabobs, Mutton Dum Biryani, and Butter Chicken. The biryani was cooked fresh. The biryani seasoning was good and the lamb was tender! Overall experience, I would give it a 10/10. Just the hospitality itself would make me want to come back!
